My experience with RBC Computing has always been positive.They are professional, efficent and courteous.  
Their prices are competitive and they carry a lot of attractive brand name products.  
Their web site is one of the better ones I've used. It is well designed and has quick response.  
I am very sastisfied with this computer store and am pleased that it exists in Ottawa.

I've shopped with RBC many, many times before. Almost all my parts are bought in store, or online. The staff is very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. Great prices, great service, great store over all. Thank you RBC!

This is the first time I have shopped RB Computing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. I spent three days researching the internet before deciding on a notebook manufacturer and model and applied the same careful consideration before choosing a reseller. My choice was solidified by a friend who highly recommended RB Computing and my customer experience with them validated the rave review. Not only do they offer unbeatable pricing, but provided prompt, professional and friendly support during the order process. Sales support answered all my questions and since I needed a Notebook urgently, followed through with overnight delivery. ShopRBC.com…. definitely worth bookmarking!

Purchased a motherboard from SRBC in Mid January 05', it was back ordered. Responce times to emails requesting information on the status of the board were extremely prompt and polite. I called SRBC once, and phone contact was similarly helpful.  
 
Ordered a custom built system from them in Mid March. Shipping was incredibly fast, I had it in my hands a mere 3 days after I had initially ordered it. System works fine, and everything was well packaged.  
 
Prices are quite good, and the $10 flat rate shipping is fantastic.  
 
Very pleased with my experiences and I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.  
 
Definitely one of the best retailers in Canada along with Premier Computer Canada, and to a slightly lesser degree NCIX.

On Friday feb 9 Placed an in store order for NAV and an OCZ GameXStream 600WATT SLI Power Supply. Was advised that power supply would probably be in by Mon or Tues, at this point online availability was showing as Usually Ships in 2-3 Days. On Wed Feb 14 picked up NAV but was advised that OCZ was out of stock on this unit and was not expecting to ship till the end of the month. Today is Feb 17 and item is still showing as Usually Ships in 2-3 Days. This company should alter web site to include the fact that this is on back order and not decieve the public with the expectation that it will possibly ship in 2 or 3 days when they know this to be false. Was offered the chance to keep item on backorder but by arival time mail in rebate and sale price could not be guaranteed.

I ordered a bunch of things but since they didn't accept American Express they told me to place the order as a pickup and just put the credit card info in the notes. I did this and I thought that was a very courteous thing to let a cusomter do in this situation. Rob answered all my questions in good time. Unfortunately the next day I decided I didn't need the parts for a few more months so I simply sent an email and called just to verify that they had cancelled my order. They did and I was pleased. Even though my order didn't go through I got a good sense that they were good people just from dealing with them. So I can recommend these guys to anyone in Canada looking for a good, cheap online computer vendor. A++

I was leaving the country so I needed them to ship me my notebook network card as soon as they could, and they did! Their customer support was great too! Nice and friendly, I'll definately be back.

I've dealt with this retailer before and have been nothing short of completely satisfied. On the rare occasions that they didn't have what I was looking for in stock, they substitued a comparable (sometimes better) item at no charge. I always try to buy from RB Computing first for everything I'm looking for.

Placed order on Dec 2nd, got it on the 6th. Site is very well done, easy to use. Items were well packaged. I'm a first time buyer from shopRBC and will order again. Thanks!

So far very disatisfied. Quoted that the computer would be ready monday, it is now 5 days past that date and every time I called they would push it back another two days. Was finally going to pick up the computer when they tell me the motherboard had a glitch in that 20% of the time it won't turn off the machine.  
 
For 2700 dollars you would expect that they could get all of the necessary parts within 8 days of purchasing your computer and if any problems did arise, they would at least call you to offer a change of motherboard or just a simple replacement.

RBC is simply the best computer shop in Ottawa.  
No one beats their prices, or customer service.
