Never had any problems with shopRBC. This includes an incident a couple years ago where I bought a defective stick of RAM. shopRBC replaced it no questions asked. Their prices are competitive and they have frequent sales so keep an eye on the website for deals.

I ordered a gigabyte nvidia 8800 gtx from shopRBC. The availability stated ships within 24-48 hours, which I believed to mean in stock. However that means on back order and none are in stock. I called customer service and was informed my order could take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month, not exactly an accurate description of 24-48 hours.

Update:  
I just got the email from shopRBC that I "should have received my order from" them by now. It was for a Logitech G25. As it stands right now, they are slated for an earliest of November 25th shipment which is constantly pushed back. I instead placed an order with CanadaComputers on a monday and received it by the following Friday in perfect working order on both PC and PS/2.  
 
I did not receive my rbc shipment, yet was instructed to complete the review on resellerratings by RR anyway... so I did ;)  
 
Sure, the G25 is hard to get in. I'm suprised CC had it, and "risked" an order, but it paid off.. so I'm telling everybody I know!

ShopRBC give a great service and if something wrong or missihg they call you and ask what to do. It is a good place to buy from

Picked up an Intel E6000, Asus P5W-DH mainboard and some OCZ memory from the guys at RBC. I was so anxious to get it up and running the night I got it home but was sadly dissappointed it didn't post when I turned it on. I called the shop before they closed and they walked me through setting up the memory properly to get the unit running. Top notch service not to mention a pro website. Keep it up guys!

I wanted to extend my thanks to RB Computing, as well as Rob Guella for the extra care and attention given to my order. The order was placed at a particularly busy point the the industry - where Core 2 parts were hard to come by and experiencing long delays. Superb service. Best prices in town for most items. Every time i find a lower price they matched. If I needed it express they did everything possible to accomodate it. I bought almost everything on my home PC's from them, 2 servers for the lab that I work on. Never had any problem with them. Rob and all the stuff try to help you in any way they can. We placed a special order for Optical cards and they went out their way to get them for us from Taiwan.
