Reliable seller and their 48 hour madness promotions are great. If you choose their dirt cheap shipping option, it does take a bit longer than usual, but they clearly state that.

I've used gogamer for 5 or 6 years (more in early years - less often recently). I never had a problem (including this order which was placed over the weekend (nov 1) and received yesterday - as expected.  
 
The few times I use dirt cheap shipping the deliveries/shipping is usually prompt but can take a couple of extra days. fed-ex ground tends to work best (esp if you order more than one game) esp since it includes insurance/tracking.  
 
Anyways no complaints yet.

I ordered a PC game and only paid $3 for shipping and it arrived fast and as described. I would buy from GoGamer again.

Purchased two great PC games that were specially prices at $1.90 each with $2.59 shipping. Games were shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition.

Extremely upset! I placed an order on June 16, 2008, and it is currently June 28 and still no shipment! No shipping information because it was sent via USPS. No phone number to reach them and talk to a human being, just email. And when they get back to you, all they say is that it was shipped. I feel hopeless.  
 
Cheap prices, but terrible service. It's not worth the trouble.

Ordered the UK (uncensored) version of "The Witcher" PC game on Sat. It was shipped priority mail for $2 extra on Monday & I got it on Weds. After reading some negative reviews here, I was anxious, but Gogamer was one of a few sites that specified the UK version in stock - and at a competetive price so I took a shot and put it on a cc. I would order again, but use PayPal instead for a little extra security.

Ordered from them because of the good price and great customer service. They have a customer service rep actually monitoring the Age of Conan forums! I got my early access code about 4 hours after placing my order.  
 
I was so pleased I ordered another game from them. Killer price, slow shipping but it tells you up front that the $2 shipping is crazy slow. I got my tracking number a day later.

I recently attempted to order a copy of gears of war from GoGamer.com. It was listed as in stock and my credit card was immediately charged. A couple days later I got an email saying that it was now out of stock and that I could cancel my order if I wanted. I wasn't in a hurry so I waited. Today I get an email from them a month later saying my order has been successfully canceled. That's funny because I never canceled it. I'm quite frustrated and am now waiting to see if they credit my account with the money they took from me over a month ago.  
 
Before I came here to write their review I went to their site to leave feedback. Conveniently enough they have a forum link at the top which links to no where. It just doesn't work... shady.  
 
I recommend you stay away from GoGamer.com.

GoGamer took order then weeks later emailed me stating I cancelled the order. Which wasn't true. After emailing customer service, they emailed back apologizing for the cancellation but the item is no longer available on our site and your order has been canceled. Now GoGamer website is down.  

Overall very satisfied, game was on sale and got it for a very good deal. Free shipping - arrived within 5-7 days. Expect a little delay in processing & shipping when you pay so little for a new game! My rating 9/10.

Great prices, cheap shipping, good selection, no problems

I just purchased "Shadowrun" for PC that was listed as New on their website. I chose to do so because it was the cheapest I could find. Sure enough I got sent Shadowrun for PC still in the plastic and brand new. I read the reviews below and had to debate whether or not to purchase but it seems that some people get it and some don't. I ordered mine on 02/12/2008 and I got it today 02/16/2008 using their "Dirt Cheap" shipping option. All in all...I'll definitly do business with them again.

I ordered Halo (1) for PC. They had it at a low price, so I figured why not? It took about a week and a half for it to arrive which wasn't so bad as I didn't need it in a rush. My only real problem with the order was that the game was clearly opened already -- they box was a little beat-up and the CD wasn't in perfect condition either. But it plays fine and the price was so low that I wouldn't send it back.  
 
But since the game was listed as "new" and not "used", I don't feel comfortable shopping with them again.

I purchased a DVD of Auntie Mame from GoGamer for a family get-together. My Visa was charged for $16.07. I did not receive the merchandise. I wrote & received two auto-acknowledge statements 12/28 & 1/02, indicating I would hear from them in 24-48 hours. There was never a follow-up. When I checked my account number, there was a tracking number and the account status was CLOSED. We did not have the movie for the theme party. I will not use GoGamer again.

Poor shipping. Packaging was non-existent, the games were just loose in a box 4 times too big for them, had clearly sustained some damage in shipping due to bouncing around in their box.  
Poor shipping. Loong processing times, sometimes up to a week.  
About 15% of the games I've ordered from them have clearly been opened. When I'm lucky, the sealing stickers have just been cut open with a knife, when I'm unlucky, the ends of the game box are torn clean off.  
About half of the games I've ordered that use the old style jewel cases have had cracked cases  
 
Other:  
So far all the open games they've sent me have been for offline games. If I ever received an open box for an online/multiplayer game, I expect that the CD Key would already be in use.
