One word EXCELLENT!! This is the 2nd computer I have purchased from them and very satisfied.Good workmanship, fast delivery time.They also keep in touch with you to see how all is working for you.  
I say a 9.9 0ut of 10 only because no one is perfect.I will definitly buy my next system from them.

ProGress Systems we're very patient, friendly and helpful during the entire creation process and then extensive tested the system, updated and setup all drivers/devices so that when we received the system we just had to plug it all in - fantastic, it saved me a ton of time. I strongly recommend ProGress Systems to anyone - business, gamer or casual computer operator - the quality of product and service is the best I've seen in years.

Overall I am a very satisfied customer. Seller went out of her way when i was having trouble to accept my payment and the ordered system has been operating perfectly without any malfunctions.
