This company sucks. I have had a order on hold since Nov 9th and they are asking me to update my account. OK so I did it and as of today Dec 3 the account is still on hold. Can I get a hold of anybody? NOPE. Fax, phone, email hell no. I am tired of this company. I even pesonally talked to someone once and she said she would up date it. Signed STILL WAITING.

I initially was over my credit limit of $100 for purchasing. They accepted the order but would only ship $100 worth of merchandise at a time. I wanted to e-pay the order in full to get the second group of merchandise shipped. It wouldn't let me e-pay for either the first $100 group or the second $100 group of merchandise. Nothing was said about being charged for e-pay. It took a month to get the first group of merchandise and now I'm waiting for the second group to be shipped 12/3/04 and can't pay so a third group can be shipped. Can't get anyone on phone (always a busy signal); can't get anyone by computer/e-mail. Nobody to talk to regarding the problem. This process is very, very frustrating.I don't think I will use ABC Distributing again.

This company freakin sucks! I never received 2 of my orders, and I have been trying to call this number they call "Customer Service". Thats a bunch of bull. I have tried to call two different numbers and they both give me busy signals. I have faxed a letter, and I still havent received a responce. I tried to report them to the Better Business Bureau but it seems the company dosent exist.

Just an fyi to all I believe that ABC Distributing and Ltd Commodities are the same company. At the bottom of the page its listed ABC Distributing LLC and LTD Commodities LLC with the dates of 1998 - 2004. This may not be true but this is just something to look out for.  
 
I ordered one Halloween item from ABC and made the order on October 7 and didn't get it until October 31.

I never received this order. After several attempts to contact the store by phone, fax, and mail, I finally had to pay for merchandise never received in order to protect my credit rating. They would not respond to my written requests.

This company is horrible to do business with. I really wish i had looked at this site prior to making an order. It took over 4 weeks for the one item to ship, and now that I have sent it back, i am still getting email that I have an overdue balance.

This company sucks!! Go to Wal-Mart for better products and prices. All you will get from this site is a major headache and crappy merchandise! Trust me it's not worth it, try Ltd. commodities it is a better company.

Terrible experience! Took 1 month after I placed the order to receive the shipment. One item was incorrect. I returned it, and never received the correct item. Every time I call customer service, the operator recorder says "All circuits are busy". There is no email address to complain to. Another item I ordered, the one I wanted the most, keeps getting switched from backorder to freight hold. So I'm never going to get that item either!

This was my first and last order I'll ever place with the company. I had no idea they have such terrible customer service. I ordered about 6 items in total and received 2 of them broken and 1 was missing entirely. I went online and told them about the missing and broken items. The missing item was immediately credited off and they sent me a return shipping label for the broken items...which was good. However, before the label arrived they were calling me about the account eventhough I had already paid everything except for the broken/returned items. When you call their customer service (as they ask you to do when you check your account) you get put in a waiting loop. I've called 3 times and never got to speak to anyone at all. One of their reps in collections called me about the unpaid balance. When I explained that I was waiting for the label they said had been sent she said she would note that but she could not stop an collection calls. I finally got the labels and shipped the damaged items back and hopefully I'm done with them. I could kick myself for not doing some due diligence on their company before buying. Lots of people where I work receive their catalog but I've never heard much about problems. But, I never asked anyone either...my bad. It also sucks that they have an online payment option but when you get to the end, you find out there is a charge for using it. That should be disclosed up front.

abc is HORRIBLE regarding customer service. It takes too long to getthings shipped. Ittakes on average 2-3 weeks for shiopments to arive once they are shipped. The merchandise is fair quality for the price. The shipping policy is awful. The price of the merchandise is negated by the shipping costs. Trying to make a return is a nightmare. Once you sit on hold for 20+ minutes for customer service (not a toll-free call), they will hang up on you. Most of the time an English speaking representative is hard to come by. I have placed over $1600 in orders with abc, but will not place any more. I now have another distributor that I'm trying. I only hope it is better.

I have ordered from this company for several years this is the first year ive had trouble trying to get through to their service is impossible they have shipped some pgks through parcel post almost a month ago i still haven't recieved them the last order i got from them was 12 items 6 items were totally wrong that i had to pay to ship back this is the last order they will ever get from me

on 10/4/04 I opened an account and ordered 12 items. I asked how long untill my items would be delivered. she told me a week. on 10/18/04 i called to see why i hadn't recieved it and they told me that they were just sending it out today. that it takes a week to process and it will be 7 to 10 days before i would recieve my items. i decided to talk to the supervirsor and let her know that i was in a cituation that i needed these items by the 20th no later than the 25th and she told me it was to late to cancel and that i would have to pay extra shiping if i wanted to reorder. i told her i was upset that they could do this and she told me that she would talk to the person i ordered from. like that was going to help me!

They suck, and everyone should know it. The "speed" at which the process orders is the worst I have ever seen, and their so-called customer "service" has the nerve to make a collections call on product that was received 3 days earlier.

I like the other posters have previously ordered from ABC, I never payed attention to the fact that they do ship seperately until i read the postings. I myself have been given the reasons that the oether posters have. I also can never get through with customer service at the NON-toll free number, I faxed my order the week of 8/20/04 and here it is 9/08/04 and they still havent shipped my order that was backordered for three months, that I wound up cancelling half the order. There are mail-rder catalogs out there that sell the exact same merchandise with no difference for maybe one dollar more if they have captured on your flaws then you might want to watch that becuase I am sur ethey will be stealing your business.
