I honestly Like this company. I must be the only customer they are nice to? Granted when I first ordered from them I did have to prepay 2 times (2 separate orders) Thats only to ensure you are going to pay for your order. And it did take a loooong time for the items to get here. But now I pay when I get the product, they send an invoice with the product cost and shipping put together. My shipping has been from $.27 to $5.00 I havent paid more than $5 in shipping on any item that I have ordered. Yes they do put shipping cost on each thing but it would be the same price if they weighed the box with everything in it. They dont tell shipping cost because they look at different ways to ship it, they look for the cheapest way to get it to you. I now get my orders within a week maybe 2 weeks. It is frustrating when you are first ordering cause you have to prepay but give it a few shipments and they will give you premium status and when you check out youll get the option of paying with Credit card or have invoice sent to you. You can pay online with a check, which is what i do. I have other people who want things so i order them, they write me a check and I pay for it online. But if you do pay online BE SURE you pay all your invoices at once. They do charge a $1.50 per transaction so pay for as many items as you can at a time.
As for product quality, hmmmm Ive been disappointed. But that was on me. Ive ordered a few things and it not be the size i thought. But then I go back and read description and it tells me how big it is.
The clothing sizes are different. The XL is more like a Medium that you would buy at walmart.
But ive ordered a bunch of stuff for Christmas already (all ordered this month) and Ive gotten it all already.
So If you are thinking about buying go ahead if you have patience. You have to spend and pay for (probably but dont hold me to this) around $100 and they will give you premium status. I order 3-400 dollars of product at a time and i never have to prepay.

This is my third purchase from ABC, I have been pleased with everything I've purchased. I do say that sometimes shipping time is a little lengthy, however I have taken this into account for new purchases. I allow at least a week for delivery, overnight or any speedier method of shipping is not offered.

I am here again because I was asked by resellers to give more information on ABC. Ok here's the scoop with them. I called ABC last week b/c my orders were being shipped out one and two things at a time I was curious. I very nicely called (waited 25 minutes for a customer service rep) and asked why??? Her response was this. All the items in the fall catalog are in a different warehouse, same for the holiday, summer etc.. etc.. I ordered the bulk of my items from the fall catalog I said. Her repsonse is that they put last years items in the current catalogs and when your order a last years item out of one of this years catalogs it comes from a different warehouse (they have 6 throughout the US) so therefore it has to be shipped seperately. Now I have been paying for all my bills through e-pay (never had a problem) and every time I pay a bill they send out more merchandise until they reach my account limit ($100). She said to wait until they ship out a 100 dollars worth of product then pay at one time. If my payment is done before 3 pm their time it shows as paid and they begin to ship out more items for me (whether or not the monies been taken out of my account). I have had no problems with them at all and I have ordered about 1,000 dollars worth of merchandise from them. Their shipping is slow but again YOUR ARE RESPONISIBLE FOR TIMING YOUR SHIPMENTS SO YOU DON'T RUN OUT OF PRODUCTS!!!! Also for the home customer you need to ask the customer service department how long it will take before you get your item so you know how to order. The hold time is long but their customer service people are very friendly and knowledable you just have to talk to them professionally and not scream at them and you will be surprised how much information you can glean JUST BY BEING NICE!!!! Usually, I have no problem with this company whatsoever. The processing and shipping is a little slow. The tracking program is useless. No information given to contact anyone at ABC to find out why part of my order was cancelled.

I love this company! I experienced nothing but excellent service even when things were cancelled, back-ordered, returned, duplicate delivered, etc. When I did have to correspond, I found that email was definitely NOT the way to go. Hard copies in the mail (check copies, explanations, etc.) to the attention of "A.R. Manager" are expedited for processing. Credit memos are prompt and applied correctly. This is my favorite vendor and throughout my search to expand my vendor base, I keep coming back to ABC.

I have ordered from these folks before and had simlilar issues with the shipping charges. But they changed their shipping charges to be based on how much $ your order is. If there is addidtional shipping due to weight or size, they have to have it posted as AD on the item. I ordered over 20 items on 11/4/09 and so far have received all but two items, which are on back order. I intially recieved the first item which fell into the AD category within 5 days of the order being placed. The next, rather large box, which contained all but the last three items arrived within 10 days of the order. I received another item via Postal Service on day 15. So far, so good. The other two items on back order, should arrive at their facility within the next two weeks. I guess I will have to wait and see how that goes. All in all, I have done most of my Christmas shopping without having to wait in line and listening to screaming children in over crowded stores. My shipping cost about $30 on about $300 worth of merchandice, but there is no tax added and were I am our tax is almost 10%, so I am ok with paying their shipping charges.

I do like their merchandise but think their shipping is high. Since alot of these items you cant get in a store and by the time you add the shipping its high but oh well. Would like them to ship everything in one order not several items at a time this way we will also save on S/H

I love the products from this company. But they never ship all items at the same time not to me anyways. And It is so hard to get to talk to someone in customer service. It took 3 calls and being on hold 20 minutes each time. That is the most annoying thing. Customer service is good when you can talk to someone.

ABC SENT THE ABOVE ORDERD VIA PARCEL POST ON 8/5.STILL HVN'T RECD.CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE VIA TELEPHONE.IN FACT,NOWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE CAN YOU FIND A VALID PHONE NO. FOR CUST. SERVIC. ITEMS ARE REASONABLE IN PRICE.SOME ARE JUNK,I.E.,EGGSTRACTOR.WHAT A JOKE!MOST ITEMS ARE OF GOOD QUALITY&PRICE.SHPPING & HDLG PRICES I BELIEVE ARE WAY TOO HIGH. NEVER SHIP AN ENTIRE ORDER AT ONE TIME

I have been ordering items from ABC since last year. I have not had to much of a problem other than things being back ordered. The one thing I hate is the shipping cost and as I have read many of the other comments this seems to be a problem for most of your customers. I did have one set back last summer when I returned a few things and yet they continued to bill me for the items but, that matter was cleared up. I am not sure if I will continue to order from ABC after I receive this next shippment due to the fact that they do ship everything seperate and I am tired of paying so much extra for something that I could go to the store and purchase.

Just an fyi to all I believe that ABC Distributing and Ltd Commodities are the same company. At the bottom of the page its listed ABC Distributing LLC and LTD Commodities LLC with the dates of 1998 - 2004. This may not be true but this is just something to look out for.
I ordered one Halloween item from ABC and made the order on October 7 and didn't get it until October 31.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NOT YET GIVEN ME CREDITON MY ACCOUNT FOR THE FULL PURCHASE. THEY KEEP HARASSING ME FOR $8.26 OF THE ORGINAL AMOUNT wHY?
THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TOTHEM UNOPENED! i HAD IN FACT CANCELLED THE ORDER VIA INTERNET LONG BEFOREIT HAD BEEN SHIPPED.
YES I AGREE ABC DISTRIBUTING CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ALSO NO ONE THERE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT ENGLISH IS

So my review (so far) may not be as bad as some of these that I have read... but, I need to vent anyway and I have a bad feeling about the remaining part of my order.
So, I made a purchase on 3/25/09 of 2 products(a 3-pc metal rack collection and a corner litter box). (As of yesterday 4/6/09, I recieved the corner cat litter box, which to note- the box was delivered totally opened deformed). I called their customer service dept. on 3/31/09 to check when I could expect my order to be shipped out. They told me that both items were shipped out that very day. That afternoon I was provided a tracking # for the corner cat litter box via UPS. But, I still have not recieved any tracking information from them reguarding the 3-pc metal rack collection. When I called and spoke with someone from the customer service dept. I was told that this is because it has not reached a UPS Hub? So, as of today, it has been 6 business days since ABC told me that my order was shipped from their warehouse... Am I wrong to say that it should DEFINITLY be at UPS by now and be on it's way to me? Has anyone had this problem before? If it's been shipped from the warehouse and isn't at UPS... where has it been for 6 business days? Is there some kind of "limbo" that these lost orders hang in?
Ugh! Horrible shipping process!
