Sure, I'd read some of the reviews before buying, but cynically thought that there was a hitch of some sort - something had to gum up the works... Great service. Everything came promptly, the comp was shipped a day after I ordered so I recieved it quickly. No dead pixels and everything works really well. I only have one small complaint and that is the lack of firefox functionality on their website. It only works in exlporer. Other then that, the next laptop I buy will probably be from here.

I purchased a Sager NP3790 and it is the best notebook I've ever owned. For the money you can not beat it anywhere. This outfit is extremely professional, helpful and quick with any issue that may arise. I received my notebook and I was not happy with the screen resolution and DiscountLaptops promptly took care of the situation and I received a new one in 3 days!!! Matt and Shanon were extremely helpful and pleasent to deal with on every level. I have been spreading the word to anyone who is looking for the best quality Laptop for the money. You would be foolish to spend your money on the commercial brands.

The best Sager prices hands down. Don't bother looking elsewhere. Ordered my 9860 and then had a major car problem between the time they were shipping and the time received. Shannon was sympathetic and very helpful. They facilitated my refund in a matter of days. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Excellent service. Fast email replies. Sager 9860 notebook ships within 1 week->prompt shipping. Nice pricing too. You won't go wrong with this reseller. I highly recommend this reseller. If I buy another Sager, I will buy from them.

Fast, friendly, reliable. I placed the order on the night before the 15th, and the laptop went into production and was shipped out the next day! It took exactly 5 days excluding weekends since I got the free ground shipping. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend discountlaptops to all my friends.

I am super happy with my purchase of an Asus M6BNe from discountlaptops. They are awesome. I had a terrific experience with them. They are the best customer service experience I have had with any reseller. All their customer service reps were extremely curtious and helpful. Their response to all my questions (over the phone and email) always were responded quickly (I mean under 4 hours, WOW) and very well.  
 
When I ordered I mentioned thet I was in some what of a time constraint so the rep advized me that three day air would be sufficient. Well, the laptop shipped within 24 hours, which I think is beyond outstanding.  
 
I also mentioned my concern on dead pixels since I would be outside the country and the rep called up the manufacturer to have them do a dead pixel scan (unbelievable, I'm so pleased).  
 
Even though they always have very competitive prices, I would recomend discountlaptops for any purhase, even if its a couple of bucks more.

Very fast, very easy. I originally selected ground shipping and cash payment, and called later to change to credit-secured cash and 2nd day air shipping. The laptop (Sager NP3790) came on Thursday (changed shipping/payment on Monday), in perfect condition.
