All I have to say is, WOW! After making attempts to deal with numerous other vendors, Discountlaptops.com is the only one whose customer service truely blew me away. After making a pricing inquiry to them and PCTorque.com, their almost instant responses and unparalleled willingness to help me out with my order showed me that they were the only vendor who would truly live up to thier reputation. Months of research and the most pleasant pre-sale experience with thier staff means I'm never purchasing from any other vendor.

WOW. I bought the ASUS Z62F from discountlaptops.com and i couldnt be happier. Not only were they a few bucks cheaper that other resellers, they were fast as well. Shipped next day, unit came in perfect condition, no dead pixels etc. etc. Will definately buy from again, assuming they will be carrying Turion X2 models ;)

First of all, their website handled my APO address with no problem. As a military spouse living overseas it's incredible important that any company I deal with can handle my APO addy with no problem.  
 
They took about three days to process my order ( anAsus Z70Va) and only FIVE DAYS to ship. FIVE DAYS! That's like teleportation-fast in the APO world!  
 
I've only had my laptop for a few days, but my overall experiance with this company has been great. They packaged the product well and were timely in responding to all my emails.

DiscountLaptops deserves the over-the-top favorable reviews it gets on this site. Not only did everything go as promised, but there was an obvious effort to be proactive in making sure that there were no problems.

Ridiculously fast service. I ordered a Sager 5720 at 10pm EST on Jan 4. The machine was delivered and in hand at 10:30am EST on Jan 6. The machine so far is perfect.  
 
It'd be great if DL could somehow directly tie into Sagers shipping system. I was installing updates on my new laptop before the DL site even recognized my machine had been shipped across the country. Yes, the service was that fast.

There's a good reason why this company has such absurdly high ratings here -- they really ARE that good to work with. Really! I ordered a Twinhead Durabook from them, and initially had a brief web ordering mishap and double-ordered it -- no problem at all to correct. Then after ordering, and at the last moment, I asked for a shipping change... the kind of request most companies would flat out reject. But DiscountLaptops.com worked with me and gave it their all. Each time I spoke with someone there they were always the friendliest -- always helpful and knew what they were talking about.

I ordered an NP5320. The order process was smooth and Mathew was very friendly. The computer arrived on the specified delivery date.  
The computer worked great except that the DVD drive would open whenever the computer was turned on. I contacted Sager about this issue. The response from Sager was modest at best. I sent an email to DiscountLaptops, which was promptly answered. After this, Sager attempted to fix the problem by shipping a new drive. After some confusion over the type of drive being replaced, my NP5320 now runs like a champ. The only negative thing I have to say is that I had to pay return shipping on the defective drive to Sager.  

Very professional. My order was easy and fast. The sales representatives responded to emails very quickly and the entire checkout process was very fast and secure. The overall experience exceeded my expectations in every way. I also appreciate the simple and to the point website...no ad banners and no surprises in small print. At the end, I feel I got what I wanted and what I paid for. Thanks a lot!!!
