I have bought alot of stuff from alot of different computer companies, but this one takes the cake. I have never bean treated so fairly and nice on the phone with any other company like this one treated me. I was trying to get my order in as soon as possible to get it shipped ASAP, and he did everything in is power to make sure this happened. I would purchase from this company again and again and .....

I found this company searching the web when I was looking for a laptop. I ordered a sager but when it arrived I felt it was too big for my uses so I called Matt at customer service. He said no problem send it back and I ordered a chembook. He answered all my questions several times to make me happy with my purchase. I am thrilled with my new computer. I would buy from these people again and recommend them very highly.

I purchased a Sager Notebook from DiscountLaptops and was more than pleased with the service. The salesman was extremely helpful, service and delivery was great. I would highly recommend them.

Ordered a Sager 8887 from them and had it within 3 days. That's to Alaska mind you. They e-mailed me right away with an order number and then again with the tracking number. They also offer a great way to buy where they place a binder on your credit card but don't charge it and ship your computer while you in turn ship out a check for the amount to save the wait and the 3% credit card surcharge. I unfortunately had to send my laptop back becuase I decided I needed something different after a few days of using it. They again were excellent in getting an RMA for me and had a no questions asked policy for their returns. I'll most definately be buying from them again!
