I ordered twice from voyeurmods. First order shipped fairly quickly, but they did not tell me about a delay because a pump was out-of-stock. Funny, did not show out-of-stock on the site. Order arrived in good shape, packaged well.  
 
Second order was another story. Ordered one item on a Saturday, status on Monday afternoon was "Shipped". Thursday status changed to "Pending". I called them to see what was going on and was told part was out-of-stock (not shown that way on site) and they expected to receive them on Friday and I would have it Saturday. I called Monday morning and again was told part shipped on Friday and I would receive that day. Late Monday afternoon I called again and was told the custom part requires modification by their shop and they would ship it overnight. I then canceled the order.  
Do not order from voyeurmods expecting quick shipping. They do not keep their site up-to-date as to what is in stock and will not contact you if an item you ordered is delayed. I selected to purchase from them because I liked the of variety of items available and they let me down.  
Bottom line: if you don't mind waiting, go ahead and order. Just don't expect their site to be accurate when it comes to item availabilty and don't believe their advertised estimated shipping times.

First time ordering from them. I ordered a Danger Den fill-port for a w/c setup I was building. They had the best price and the lowest shipping around. Thumbs up!

I ORDERED A STORM CPU BLOCK, MCP-665 PUMP AND MC50 GPU COOLER. OVER A WEEK LATER I CALL THEM TO FIND OUT ITS OUT OF STOCK FOR ANOTHER WEEK! I TOLD THE REP THAT EVERYTHING WAS INSTOCK AT THE TIME I PLACED THE ORDER AND HE TOLD ME I WAS WRONG! HOW NICE OF HIM. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

I bought a lot of items from Voyeurmods, and my first purchase of a D5 pump was fine...shipped promptly. My second purchase consisting of a Storm G4 waterblock, 10 feet of clearfex tubing, 3 sets of metal hose clamps, and a hdpe resevoir was okay, except that it was missing TWO sets of the hose clamps. You would figure that they could get the order right and ship it all, but no. Only received one set of clamps, and now i have to wait until they contact me back. This is irritating.  
 
Update: They finally got back to me, and sent me the missing sets of hose clamps. Later on after I received them, they offered to send me a free Acryllic top for the Storm Waterblock that i also purchased from them. I kindly declined, but it was a good notion. They made an honest effort to keep the customer happy.

The shipping was great, the store worked fine, the prediction of the product arrival was correct and good. Ordering was a breeze, it was easy.

This store is awesome. The prices are great and the shipping was on time. I couldn't be happier.

These people are a joke. First and last time I will place an order from them. The only reason I did to begin with was because they were the only store that had both of what I needed (didnt want to order from two different places). Turns out I should have just ordered from two different places.  
 
First of all not even 5 minutes after ordering I check the bank account and I get billed. A week goes buy and all I recieve from them is an email saying that the order had bee confirmed, then 3 days later one saying that I was billed, but didnt they bill me right after I placed the order? I should have had my stuff by then. Another 4 days goes by no email,no contact nothing,everything I ordered was supposivly in stock. I called them up and it turns out that the product wasnt in stock afterall and they failed to let me know. I now recieve another email saying that ive been billed, and has a tracking number for "if/when it is shipped".  
 
Only good thing I can say is when I called the guy I talked to on the phone was nice. The place as a business...Horrible.

Great selection, site is very user-friendly, shipped quickly and got here in 3 business days. Products are very well priced. They goofed on one part of my order and I've e-mailed them about it 2 days ago but I've yet to get a response from the RMA team. Other than that, everything was perfect as can be.

I communicated with this e-tailer for about 3 weeks regarding a custom job to be done on my Lian Li PC-75b case's side window. They did an EXCELLENT job cutting two 120mm fan holes, de-riveting the plexi glass, and replacing it with reinforced side window glass (I think it's acrylic) they also replaced my stock silver rivets with black rivets to match my case color! (It's small things like that, that lets you know that these guys actually care about the finished product). The price was very reasonable. Overall, I had an extremely great experience with Voyeurmods.com. I look forward to doing business with again.

Absolutely the finest case I have ever owned. If you are tired of listening to a bunch of fans making noise, call brian and have them build you a water cooled case. You can't believe how quite this thing is. Lian Li V2000 water cooled AWSOME.

Great Packaging and excellent store to buy from. I am glad they did package it well, after Fed Ex decided to toss the box 15' onto a concrete floor. Everything was in stock. This was my first time ordering from them and I will order again. The only downside to Voyeurmods.com is their website is a bit slow.

Great Prices and looking forward to using my new pump. I was impressed with how quickly they got my order together and shipped.

This company has really impressed me. I ordered a do-it-yourself water cooling kit and was amazed at the level of service. Anytime my order status changed, I received an email telling me. The order arrived at my home exactly when they promised, and everything was packaged very well. I wish I had known about this company when I first started modding. I will definitely shop here again.  
 
 
As for prices, they were definitely competitive.

Great company. No hassles on the ordering page, many shipping options. Item was on my doorstep just 3 days after ordering. Item packaged very well. Will definately be buying from again.

I placed my order on May 22nd and was charged imediately, but my order still hadn't shipped by June 8th. I submitted a ticket through their website a week and a half after ordering and didn't get a response. I tried to call, but you only get a message saying that their voicemail is full. Not a good sign. It looks like they packed up shop but are still taking peoples money. I had to have Visa cancel the charges because I can't get a hold of them. What a pain.  
 
Update: I eventually got a call back apologizing for the problem. But still, it took them three weeks to tell me that my parts had been on backorder and thats just inexcusable.
