So far so good. I placed the order yesterday and I just got an email saying that the status had changed and it was sent to shipping. I like the website, it's easy to use and the product selection is great. Especially if you are into watercooling. I placed another order tonight that I will review separately.
I'm very happy with VoyeurMods. The shipping is fast the site is good, the selection is good, and the customer service is outstanding. A+++ I ended up buying ~$250 worth of watercooling parts across 3 orders with them and I'll definitely continue to order from them when I need more watercooling parts.

Ordered one of their water cooled cases, the Lian Li Water Cooled V-Quad H2O. Their customer support is good, I had to change the shipping address, and just after a phone call I got it changed. Took eleven business days from order date to get shipped out, when they say at least twelve for water-cooled cases, happy that it got shipped out early. No complaints, or bad expierences. Highly Recommended!

Very poor etailer. I purchased an item only to find out after i had to contact them due to it not being shipped only to find out that it was on backorder. They do NOT label items on backorder because, Quote from Brian the Owner "It takes too much time to update the website". Upon trying to cancel my order i was charged 15% restocking fee for an item they dont even have in stock and they refused to work anything out. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have had to dispute the charge on my credit card. I give this etailer a nice huge F...
Excellent water cooling online store. I've purchased my water blocks and pump from here. It arrived as it should. I had a good experience that I recently placed another order for additional case modding stuff.
Very helpful tech support. Great pricing on current products and a good discount/bargin centre as well. Ships to Canada with USPS, unlike most online retailers, to avoid the aweful Brokerage charges associated with UPS/Fedex. A++ for products, service and A for pricing.

Having just recieved my initial order from Moddersmart, I was very pleased that the whole experience was handled in a professional manner. I recieved emails detailing the status of my order from its inception, transaction, packaging and shipment.
I recieved my items when I expected to and as a frequent online purchaser, that goes a long way with me. I will definitely do business with them again.

On September 3/2005 I ordered the custom painted Saitek USB keyboard(with painted flames). 3 weeks go by and my status was only "Pending" even tho they already charged my credit card. I finally receive a reply to my email stating that they were running behind with orders. Ok, no problem I thought, these things happen. A whole month has passed now any nothing. I open a ticket asking where my keyboard is and they say they the problem is that they are having trouble with their airbrush guy. After that, I called and asked whats up. They said they shipped it but its been altogether just shy of 2 MONTHS now and I still dont have my keyboard.
Their customer service is terrible in that they dont update you with any information at all, they just leave you wondering where your stuff is and why you havent received it yet. They dont keep their website current as to whats in stock. If you order something that says 'instock' and its not, they still take your money and make you wait.
Asked them to really mod out a case, power supply,keyboard, mouse, and 7.1 speaker system. Did a beautiful job on the cabling,paint, and LEDs. Order was on time, and shipping was great. Really appreciated their attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone who really wanted to mod a system.
On their webpage they had this Koolance PC2-901BW on sale for 135.00, above it had the original price crossed out and the sale price as I stated. I ordered the product. Received the regular email about my order. Next business day 8/29/05 received an Order Status Change. There was no reason given in the email for the change. I waited 2 days, and put in a service ticket to find out why the order hadn't been shipped and what the order change was. On 9/01/05 they finally told me the item price was wrongly listed on the webpage, and because of their "Typographical Errors" clause allowed them not sale me the item for the price listed on their webpage. They would not sale me the item for the listed price, was rude about it, deleted my service ticket & at least they returned my money.
I would say that if they didn't like any price they listed even if it was listed right, Because of this clause they could change the price and say it was a Typographical Error and change the price to what they see fit. I would say that is unethical and illegal. I for one will never buy there again and will suggest to anyone that is thinking of buying one of there items on sale beware they may change the price to see fit to their desire.
This is the second time I have had bad dealings with Vouyermods.com the last time they screwed up my order so bad it didn't ship for at least 6 to 8 days and then sent me the wrong items.
I was told the items where on back order after posting a suport ticket on that item too. Instead of them telling me before I had to ask.
I ordered again cause the case was a present for a friend that found this item there.

Simply Amazing. Brian at voyeurmods.com has to be one of the most helpful employees in the cas emodding business. I had placed an order for some watercooling parts to use in my new build, and the initial shipment from the voyeurmods.com warehouse got here in 3 days! Some of the products needed to be shipped from another companies warehouse and finally arrived a week later, but were also the wrong parts!
Brian promply called up the company that had sent me the wrong items and rectified the problem almost immediately! It was a matter of minutes before the correct products were shipped out.
This is a company that understands how to do business on the internet. Ordered a lot of of stuff and all came in a box which was packed and sealed as it should be. The postage cost even for an international shipment are really low. USPS is also doing a great job and delivered it without damaging the box. In the future we will order from them, they deliver what they promisse.
