Great store and great customer service! Their staff is very kind and helped me a lot, even though I updated my order a few times, and there were some other complications with its processing. Even when there were problems (for example, they had missed to dispatch one of the items I had ordered, but it was shipped very soon on their expense), they solved them pretty quickly. My best experience so far with an e-shop is with Voyeur Mods; and yes - they ship all over the world - got my order shipped to Bulgaria (Europe). Paid with VISA and nevertheless it was a little bit annoying that I had to submit some identification photos and sign a "Card authorization form", eventually everything went fine. Finally - they sell pretty cool stuff you can't find anywhere else - it's worth a look, at least, @ www.voyeurmods.com.

Searching items without difficult, it's easy way to look for and buy. Good E-support staff, quick response, and handling things well.But the shipping fee is $7.75 higher than the actual fee.

I was a bit hesitant in ordering things from this store, as I'm not living in the US, and had been using paypal for all my international purchases. As my paypal account is not a US paypal account, my shipping address can't be confirmed by paypal, and in my experience some stores will not send items to "unconfirmed" address. Well, I emailed the customer service, and they said it's OK to use "unconfirmed address" as long as I can give them proof of identity, and in my case, I gave them a copy of my passport, and the transaction went smoothly ..... Great job, guys and gals at Voyeurmods

Wah! I had successfully received my water cooling system in no more then 10 days! Long? Do you know where I do live? Farther then you could have guessed - in Russia! So, in my opinion service's great. The thingie was nicely packed, just as asked. No defects. Paid by Mastercard. All in all, I'm satisfied.

On March 7, 2006 I placed my first order with Voyeurmods for a Swiftech water pump and a 120mm case fan. Both items showed as “In Stock” & I paid extra to have it shipped via FedEx ground.  
 
At 4:16 PM & 4:39 PM I received an order confirmation & a separate “Payment Received” email.  
 
On the 8th at 2:57 PM, I received an email that indicated my package had shipped. This is when I noticed the first problem.  
 
They sent the package via USPS instead of FedEx ground like I had paid for. I went to the website to fill out a support ticket but that part of their website was not working. (I have been to the support site on several occasions since and this was the only time it was down.)  
 
I decided to call them about the issue. A rep answered the phone & I explained the problem to him. He said: “I don’t know why they did that.” He also stated that I would probably get the package faster with the post office delivering as opposed to FedEx’s ground service.  
 
I said: “Regardless of when I get the package, the fact is that I paid more for the FedEx shipping so it wasn’t right that it was shipped via the USPS.”  
 
Then I heard a woman yelling in the background & the rep I was speaking with started yelling back. He muted the microphone fairly fast so I didn’t hear the whole thing but I felt that that kind of behavior wasn’t appropriate with a customer on the phone.  
 
When the rep came back, he apologized for the disturbance and said: “I guess I could credit you back the difference in shipping.” I told him that that was all I really wanted and we ended the call.  
 
My package arrived in a small USPS Priority Mail box on Friday, the 10th. I noticed several problems. The pump, anti-vibration pad & instructions were not in their own box; they were loose in the packing peanuts. Also, the pump must have been on a shelf for a while because I noticed accumulated dust on the mounting portion of the pump. I did not expect my Swiftech pump to come this way. The Swiftech label also wasn’t on the pump.  
 
I contacted other stores who sell the same pump to find out how they ship them. They said that they ship in their own box and they have a Swiftech label on them. Now I knew the correct product was not sent to me.  
 
I then tried to get the fan out of the box. It wouldn’t come out. I poured all the peanuts out and then had to tug hard to get the fan to come out. I have never had a product jammed into a box like that before.  
 
I plugged in the fan and it immediately gave off an “electronic burn smell”. I let it run for about 4 hours to see if the smell would go away. It didn’t & by then my entire room had the smell. Whether due to mishandling by the packer or a manufacture defect, the fan was damaged. I put it back in the box.  
 
I opened a support ticket on their website to request an RMA number so I could return the products for a full refund. I submitted the ticket on Friday at 11:16 PM.  
 
Monday at 9:47 AM I received a reply from Voyermods. They said they were sorry that I had some issues with my order, explained that the Swiftech pumps are hard to keep in stock and that sometimes substitutions were made. They said that they would update the site so that future customers would not have this particular issue.  
 
They also said they would issue me a full credit for my shipping costs due to all the confusion.  
 
They offered to send me the correct pump when it was back in stock later in the week. This is what I wanted and let them know that in my reply at 12:48 PM. I also asked for the RMA# so I could make the exchange go faster.  
 
Needless to say, I had not been very happy with Voyeurmods so far. But then they surprised me.  
 
On the 14th, I got an email stating that the pump would be in stock the next day & that it would be sent out along with a pre-paid shipping label so I wouldn’t have to pay the return shipping costs.  
 
That impressed me. Most any store will require that you pay return shipping and won’t send out the replacement until after they have received the product back. Yet, Voyeurmods was going out of their way to turn my negative experience into a positive one. Already, I felt better about the company.  
 
I assumed that they would ship the package out the cheapest way but on the 15th I got an email saying the product had shipped via FedEx ground! I was shocked. They also said the shipping I had paid had been refunded in full. It was in my account within 48 hours.  
 
The correct pump arrived on the 17th & was packaged well. I was happy to find the promised shipping label enclosed also.  
 
I returned the first pump and damaged fan on Friday and a credit was issued to my account for the full price of the fan the same day they got the package, the 22nd.  
 
I hope that the first part of my experience was something that happened only to me. Hopefully, the positive reviews here are a better indicator of how Voyeurmods regularly does business. By making the return/exchange process so smooth I am now satisfied and no longer regret placing an order with them. For me, the bottom line is that they made it right.

I had Voyeurmods help me out with my recent mod and getting some CNC work done to it. I had shopped around several sites that offer this service and to my surprise it was this small business in New Mexico that was able to convince me that they had all of the tools necessary to get the job done for me. We agreed on a deal and what was to be done and i shipped my panels off.  
The cuts i had ordered were complex in design and some were even on angled aluminum (which if you know CNC, that can be a pain) but much to my own surprise when i recieved the panels back they were perfect. No knicks to be seen and my panels even still held the original brushed aluminum look that i had shipped them off with.  
 
Since this purchase i have made 2 other purchases both of which were over 100 USD, and have been pleased with their shipping and customer service since.  
 
On a sidenote do not be afraid to give these guys a call about anything they sell on there site. They are as knowledgable about their products capabilities and durability as any end user, which is a truly a valuable trait.

I placed my order for a couple SilenX Fanns on a Saturday, had them shipped via USPS and they arrived on Wednesday. What could be better than getting your order in a few days with an inexpensive shipping option!! All etailers should offer USPS!! I even called the following Monday after placing the order was placed, got some good advice and changed the order. Great experience for me, I'll be shopping them again.

I just recently had some custom work done on my side panels and I have to say Voyeurmods knows how to take care of their customers! Not only were my questions promptly answered, I was always kept updated as to the status of the work being done. I'll definately be sending more of my business their way on future purchases.

I placed my order on Jan. 30 and it arrived on Feb. 1 by USPS. They sent me 2 e-mails indicating when payment was received & when the order was shipped. All items arrived undamaged and as described on their web site. They also offered me $15.00 off my next purchase of $150.00 or more if I posted a review on ResellerRatings.com. I posted, but I did not receive a coupon. I inquired and their response was:  
"We opened a support ticket on your behalf providing your coupon code.  
The e-mail may have been lost in your spam blocker. Hopefully that is  
why you haven't received it."  
I do not use a spam blocker. If I have to jump through hoops just to get their promised discount, then I'm not going for it. I'm done.

I have ordered about $500.00 worth of water cooling from Voyeurmods.com and i must say they have the lowest prices around..  
 
Now to my story... This is what i bought:  
TDX LGA/775 WaterBlock  
Danger Den D5 12V Water Pump  
ThermoChill PA160  
Typhoon - Quad Reservoir  
PrimoFlex Clear Tubing - 1/2  
Black Hose Clamp- 1/2  
ThermalTake Purepower 500W  
Arctic Silver 5  
Flanged 1/4 NPT Fitting - 1/2  
 
No everything was sent well packaged however they left out 2 fittings for the PA160 so i contacted them and Brian (if i remember correctly) sent some out the next day to me.  
 
So a few months pass and i change my configuration... from Intel to AMD so i order a new water block and some more clamps. They all ship fast to me just like my first order did.  
 
Now after fixing up my new setup i noticed a few days later that my D5 water pump was running a little slower than normal... so i go back to voyurmods web site and see that they only have a 30 day refund/return so i contact Danger Den by their web site and they tell me that i am unable to return it because it was not bought from their web site... bummer....  
 
However i try contacting Voyeurmods anyways, maybe i will have some luck. Ends up being my lucky day because i use their eSupport ticket system (which is good) and ask them if they can do anything to help me out... so to my surprise they give me an RMA and i ship the water pump back to them... the day after they get my D5 they ship out a brand new D5 for me and it arrives in 3 days!  
 
I only have wonderful things to comment/say about Voyeurmods.com. They are friendly and speedy. They go above and beyond what i was expecting a company of their size to do.  
 
WAY TO GO VOYEURMMODS, you all ROCK!
