Horrible Company! Worst online shopping experience ever. I placed order on April 3, 2009, payment via PayPal. I then immediately sent an email to the address listed in PayPal (orders@tylerindustries.com). I never got a confirmation email or any type of acknowledgement, yet my credit card and paypal accounts show that the payment did indeed go through.  
 
It has been 8-9 days since the order was placed and I still have yet to receive any type of reply from these people. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do NOT buy from them!

I just received my items in the mail. I retract my previous review, but only to the extent that I got what I paid for. The company still had not sent me any notifications of shipping or provided any information about the transaction. They never replied to my emails either.

Sang, We HAVE BEEN REPLYING to all of your e-mails and your support tickets.Order confirmations are automatically sent to the customer by our shopping cart.It seems our e-mails are being blocked by some sort of spam filter. You ordered on 4/03/2009, 09:55 PM. As stated clearly on our website, we were closed until April 8. Upon opening on April 8, your order was promptly shipped and the tracking showed it Delivered, April 10, 2009, 1:59 pm. This is still only 6 business days from the date you ordered and not 8-9 as you state below. We are sorry to see that you are leaving bad feedback for our company because of a mis-communication which clearly could not have been prevented.In addition, all shipping times/ methods can be found in our support area under FAQs. Please let us know what we could have done differently, rather than just ranting. Thank you.

The ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever seen. On their front page they say "Orders over $125 are shipped free"  
So I ordered a bunch of fans to make the order over $125. When I paid for the order they charged me for shipping.  
I opened a support ticket immediately ( IYJ-645373)and received no responce the next day, I called the store and left a message and it wasent returned.  
I made another support ticket saying if they were charging shipping to cancel the order and also received no response. Finally I called 3 days later and someone answered the phone. The person said the order had not been shipped yet so I asked for a third time to cancel it.  
I will NEVER order another thing from them again.  
 
This is the second time I had trouble with them (out of 2 orders)

Customer did not enter coupon code into cart when placing order therefore the shipping was not deducted. The support ticket was opened at 10pm the night of the order and answered less than 48hours after his inquiry. His refunded on April 30. I have posted the support ticket dialog below.  
 
The other two times he ordered from us he blamed us for the delay of the United States Postal Service and Fedex. I have also posted those support ticket dialog below. Also, are average shipping time which is stated on our website is 3 business days. This customer prior two orders went out same day.

I ordered from their site on Aug 8, they were very fast at seeing my order andvery fast at taking my money out of my account, but thats about it. it has been over 20 days now and i still have no word on my case. They told me the average time for a water cooled case to ship was about 14 days, well that mark has come and gone and all I know is that my "Payment has been recieved". I have tried the e ticket service (many times) and have called and left messages on their machine god knows how many times trying to get information on my order. It is past the point to where I dont want the case anymore I just want my money back. And on an order for more than $500 worth of stuff, and no word from them,needless to say Im pissed. By the end of the week I will be taking further action if they dont return a call or e-mail.  
 
STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!

All orders placed are prepaid. Customer was issued full refund. The delay was due Voyeurmods.com moving locations and all equipment experiencing significant downtime. Customer was informed of the reason for downtime and immediately refunded once information regarding machinery downtime was received.

I was looking for my first water cooling case. I wanted to get something different then other cases. So I saw there Lian Li V2000B Quad H20 case. They have 3 pictures showing the case kinda of far from it. Now I know why. So I ordered this case anyways on 07-05-06 & got it on 07-28-06 after many many calls asking where is my case at? Note it is very hard to reach them on the phone & they sometimes return your call back. Finally they sent my case, but not my water blocks I ordered, on back order. The total amount I bought on this invoice was $780.00 you would think you would get some service. When I call to ask questions I would talk to a very nice girl named Andrea. See would transfer me to a guy name Brian/Owner I would ask my question and I would get the impression that he really did not want to answer these question about my case. I asked if they could add a 120mm blow hole to the top of the case. They did a A+ job on doing it. I assumed I would have to pay for this addition, but they never billed me. But he dicided to take off a sleeving kit off my order to reimburse for the blow hole? Note I needed that sleeving kit thats why I ordered it hello. About my case I received on 07-28-06. When it arrived I was very happy to open the box and take a look at it. After opening the box and taking out the case. I noticed the side panels/plastic window came apart? The bottom screen area was glued and was apart also? MMmm  
After inspecting the case more the motherboard area was all stained. I tried to clean it, but with no success. So I went out and bout Alumnuim polish cleaner $9.99 and started to clean it. Still would not come clean? I noticed the front fan was missing on the case and over the Raditor was 4 Lian Li 120mm fans. The case I got was completly stripped down from the original Lian Li V2000 case. So I called them up on the phone and chated with Brian telling him what the case looked like. He was very stand offish and try to turns things around? Ok I just paid $500.00 for a case in pieces along with $280.00 of water blocks I still don't have????Ok now I ask him about the sleevng kit, he angry response was I gave you a free blow hole!!I asked him if I could send it back to be fixed he said NO asked him for a refund NO. Ok I hung up with Brian and I tried to cancel the transaction thru my Credit card comany with no success. So I am stuck with a falling apart case with hand me down fans on the rad, with missing parts. So went thru the case myself adding 4 silverstone FM121 fans to the rad, and other major upgrades. Fixing there job myself after paying $500.00 for this thing. 2 weeksgo by finally I received my water blocks. They are fine, and I am in the proccess of a water testing on my case 1 1/2 months from the original order. I will NEVER order anything from voyuermods.com/some other name they use too. When a store starts using other names it because they are in trouble with someone. WATCH OUT PEOPLE BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK......

I ordered and paid 7000.00 in full for a custom computer i never received. After a year of excuses, lies and empty promises I feel I now have no choice to proceed with this as well as legal action. Tronixa_74 if you read this it is me Rocco. Please contact me so I can help you with your computer case and legal case and we can discuss what actions we can take. I was never givin an invoice I can however produce over $7000.00 in bank charges.  
 
UPDATE TO RESELLER REPLY: WHAT A BUNCH OF LIES  
 
Look at the nonsense reply from Voyeurmods. "Customer purchased a $7000.00 computer case" I have never in my life heard of a $7000.00 computer case, have you? Yes I requested a refund for hardware I never received after 7 months, not 3 because Voyeurmods used my money to pay venders past due bills instead of ordering my equipment. My hardware was never ordered, after 7 months of Voyeurmods tying up my money I demanded a refund be issued for the hardware that was dropping in price daily. Had I not been there in person Im sure the excuses and lies would have continued in order to avoid paying me that portion of my money. Voyeurmods claims threats to family is why work ceased, sounds delusional to me. Fact is the bank repossessed his C&C and laser for not paying his bills so he could no longer do work.  
This con artist is providing all the numbers for us, so lets do some math. $7000.00 - the $4450.00 refund for equipment never ordered = $2250.00 that I was charged for a damaged computer case with a MSRP of $349.00 and a phase change unit out of date with an expired warranty missing parts that retails for $799.00. So for my $2250.00 I received $1150.00 in damaged equipment a year after my initial order. Sounds like a stand up company to me. One more thing www.voyeurmods.com is now doing business under the name www.primochill.com so be aware of both.

Customer purchased a $7000.00 custom computer in payments (we usually require full payment up front) as modifications were added and performed as well as additional hardware purchased. Customer then demanded a refund for hardware because he felt after 3 months it was "outdated". We issued a check for $4500 (again, against policy). After personal threats of violence and harm to owner's children, all communication was cut off and work ceased. Case was delivered with a $400 paintjob which the customer was never charged. A chargeback was never initiated.

Worst, service, period.  
They changed the length required to build/ship the item from 14 to 30 days, then took the product off their site. Couldn't get ahold of them via phone for 3 weeks of constant calls. Left multiple messages on the phone, no reply. Sent in a critical status ticket that sat unreplied and unacknowledged for over 2 weeks. Eventually I told my horror story to friend on the EOCF forums, they sent in tickets, and I finally got a refund. It's a pity I needed someone else to get my money back for me. Never again w/ voyeurmods

Resolution: Customer was issued full refund. Delay was due to moving and unexpected downtime of equipment, as well as other unforseen circumstance. We thank EOCF forums for their concern and for contacting us but this was not in reaction to them contacting us. We were aware of the situation and resolved it as quickly as possible as soon as the situation was assessed correctly regarding the machinery.

I've had numerous issues with the company from the initial order back in September of 2005 until this very time. They told me that they would build me a custom computer within 3 months. It took more than half a year. When the computer arrived, it was broken and missing several parts that had been purchased according to the contract- namely the motherboard cooler. They agreed to take the computer back and after they received the computer they then told me that I would have to wait for FedEx to pay for shipping damages. Since FedEx won't seem to pay them, they won't refund me any money when this whole ordeal reaaly isn't my problem. When asked if they plan to give me a refund or if they will fix the computer, I was told 'We will see..". Since that time, I have given up trying to contact them because I will simply get the excuse of the day. At this time, i am preparing legal filings with the local juristiction against them in the amount of more than $2000 in damages. (This was the initial purchase cost of the entire order which they now possess). I warn anyone who considers buying from this company. They have not made any attempt to contact me and keep me informed and have since basically blown me off and hoped I would go away. They don't have enough people working at the company to support some customer's demands. I'd imagine if you buy one of their cookie-cutter systems or parts you'll be okay. Just don't get custom work done from these guys and don't expect a refund if they mess up or if the item is damaged. I will update this should they resolve this matter or if I have to get the money through legal means.

Credit card company reimbursed some of the charges. Brian and company will pay for the rest of the charges. I read a few of the posts here about some of the issues going on. Sounds like Brian's business (AKA Voyeurmods/Primochill/J&B Tech) is going to take a nose dive into bankruptsy soon.  
RESPONSE TO COMMENT******  
Voyeurmods claims are actually a spin of what actually happened. The case was arrived damaged- I had the outter box and offered to send it although it had no visible damage. Voyeurmods said that they would go ahead and work things through FedEx. I had waited about four weeks and every time I called, I would end up talking to the secretary. No matter how many times I left a message, the manager would never return my phone calls. in an expected fashion they put all the blame on the customer. I took about two weeks of vacation, however at this was after waiting for over seven months. As I said before, if you order parts from these guys it'll probably be okay however if you want to have a custom system built and it's extremely complicated to build, don't expect anything good. It's funny how they say that my money was refunded through the credit card company. Only the last part of the payment was able to be refunded due to time restrictions (First payment was back in August '05). Would you be willing to wait from April all the way into July for a refund? Think about it. If the company was responsible in one way or another and shipped you a damaged piece of goods, why would the customer have to wait for the shipping company to reimburse the company from which you ordered the goods originally; let alone waiting three months and getting half-baked excuses on the phone. for the record, this company still owes me $316.58. Interesting how they say I'm totally reimbursed. If this is the kind of company you want to buy from, go ahead. Just read the reviews of some of the other companies that I've bought from and you'll find that I have posted positive ratings for other companies. Before going with this company see what the Better Business Beureau has to say. Notice they are getting a CC rating (at this moment). A good company should have at least a B rating. Customer requested additional changes/modifications throughout the process, resulting in significant delays in building his case as well as told us to hold off because he was going on vacation. Customer was never charged for additional modfications. Significant damages occured to the case in shipping through fedex. Customer threw away original packaging of case causing a delay in claims through fedex. Customer asked the secretary about the refund who was unsure of the situation and which she replied the best she knew how. Customer was unwilling to wait any longer so issued a chargeback which we did not dispute.

Very poor etailer. I purchased an item only to find out after i had to contact them due to it not being shipped only to find out that it was on backorder. They do NOT label items on backorder because, Quote from Brian the Owner "It takes too much time to update the website". Upon trying to cancel my order i was charged 15% restocking fee for an item they dont even have in stock and they refused to work anything out. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have had to dispute the charge on my credit card. I give this etailer a nice huge F...

On September 3/2005 I ordered the custom painted Saitek USB keyboard(with painted flames). 3 weeks go by and my status was only "Pending" even tho they already charged my credit card. I finally receive a reply to my email stating that they were running behind with orders. Ok, no problem I thought, these things happen. A whole month has passed now any nothing. I open a ticket asking where my keyboard is and they say they the problem is that they are having trouble with their airbrush guy. After that, I called and asked whats up. They said they shipped it but its been altogether just shy of 2 MONTHS now and I still dont have my keyboard.  
 
Their customer service is terrible in that they dont update you with any information at all, they just leave you wondering where your stuff is and why you havent received it yet. They dont keep their website current as to whats in stock. If you order something that says 'instock' and its not, they still take your money and make you wait.  
 
TWO MONTHS!!!! Buyer beware!

On their webpage they had this Koolance PC2-901BW on sale for 135.00, above it had the original price crossed out and the sale price as I stated. I ordered the product. Received the regular email about my order. Next business day 8/29/05 received an Order Status Change. There was no reason given in the email for the change. I waited 2 days, and put in a service ticket to find out why the order hadn't been shipped and what the order change was. On 9/01/05 they finally told me the item price was wrongly listed on the webpage, and because of their "Typographical Errors" clause allowed them not sale me the item for the price listed on their webpage. They would not sale me the item for the listed price, was rude about it, deleted my service ticket & at least they returned my money.  
I would say that if they didn't like any price they listed even if it was listed right, Because of this clause they could change the price and say it was a Typographical Error and change the price to what they see fit. I would say that is unethical and illegal. I for one will never buy there again and will suggest to anyone that is thinking of buying one of there items on sale beware they may change the price to see fit to their desire.  
This is the second time I have had bad dealings with Vouyermods.com the last time they screwed up my order so bad it didn't ship for at least 6 to 8 days and then sent me the wrong items.  
I was told the items where on back order after posting a suport ticket on that item too. Instead of them telling me before I had to ask.  
I ordered again cause the case was a present for a friend that found this item there.

I ordered twice from voyeurmods. First order shipped fairly quickly, but they did not tell me about a delay because a pump was out-of-stock. Funny, did not show out-of-stock on the site. Order arrived in good shape, packaged well.  
 
Second order was another story. Ordered one item on a Saturday, status on Monday afternoon was "Shipped". Thursday status changed to "Pending". I called them to see what was going on and was told part was out-of-stock (not shown that way on site) and they expected to receive them on Friday and I would have it Saturday. I called Monday morning and again was told part shipped on Friday and I would receive that day. Late Monday afternoon I called again and was told the custom part requires modification by their shop and they would ship it overnight. I then canceled the order.  
Do not order from voyeurmods expecting quick shipping. They do not keep their site up-to-date as to what is in stock and will not contact you if an item you ordered is delayed. I selected to purchase from them because I liked the of variety of items available and they let me down.  
Bottom line: if you don't mind waiting, go ahead and order. Just don't expect their site to be accurate when it comes to item availabilty and don't believe their advertised estimated shipping times.

I ORDERED A STORM CPU BLOCK, MCP-665 PUMP AND MC50 GPU COOLER. OVER A WEEK LATER I CALL THEM TO FIND OUT ITS OUT OF STOCK FOR ANOTHER WEEK! I TOLD THE REP THAT EVERYTHING WAS INSTOCK AT THE TIME I PLACED THE ORDER AND HE TOLD ME I WAS WRONG! HOW NICE OF HIM. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

These people are a joke. First and last time I will place an order from them. The only reason I did to begin with was because they were the only store that had both of what I needed (didnt want to order from two different places). Turns out I should have just ordered from two different places.  
 
First of all not even 5 minutes after ordering I check the bank account and I get billed. A week goes buy and all I recieve from them is an email saying that the order had bee confirmed, then 3 days later one saying that I was billed, but didnt they bill me right after I placed the order? I should have had my stuff by then. Another 4 days goes by no email,no contact nothing,everything I ordered was supposivly in stock. I called them up and it turns out that the product wasnt in stock afterall and they failed to let me know. I now recieve another email saying that ive been billed, and has a tracking number for "if/when it is shipped".  
 
Only good thing I can say is when I called the guy I talked to on the phone was nice. The place as a business...Horrible.

I placed my order on May 22nd and was charged imediately, but my order still hadn't shipped by June 8th. I submitted a ticket through their website a week and a half after ordering and didn't get a response. I tried to call, but you only get a message saying that their voicemail is full. Not a good sign. It looks like they packed up shop but are still taking peoples money. I had to have Visa cancel the charges because I can't get a hold of them. What a pain.  
 
Update: I eventually got a call back apologizing for the problem. But still, it took them three weeks to tell me that my parts had been on backorder and thats just inexcusable.
