Ordering was easy. Bobby was very helpful completing the order.--10/7/09 Shipment(electrolux range) arrived with damage on side/bottom. Andy(in shipping dept.)arranged in home repair which happens/start on 10-21-09. Although I had option of returning item, rather than ship across country & then back with another, I chose the greener alternative. As long as this happens at no cost to me(as I was assured by Andy), I can live with it.

Fotoconnection did a great job helping with my order. Franco was a big help getting my order out in speedy manner. Initially there was a problem from the manufacture, but Fotoconnection resolved it and upgraded my shipping for free!
I am pleased with the service thus far. It was very easy to order this item and I'm sure the delivery will be efficient as well. The product appears to be a great deal.

I don't normally write many reviews, but I have been so impressed with the customer service at Foto Connection that I wanted to quickly write and say thank you to the Manager Bobby! Your quick order processing and excellent communication is much appreciated! And the beautiful Nikon camera which I will be receiving soon!!!
This is the first order I have made with FotoConnection. I have placed many orders over the internet and this is the BEST Customer Relations and Support I have ever received and I'm in my 50's. My order has not arrived,it was just placed, but I received a phone call verifying that the card was not used via theft, and to double check on if I wanted an extended warranty or not. The second call was just to let me know that my order was shipped today, PERIOD, no hard sell. They also work with you. In a nut shell, I did agree to the extended warranty. I WILL buy from this company again, and I do a lot of on-line shopping. I will also pass this along to my friends, and FaceBook Friends as well.
As fotoconnection.com has to decided to rebut my implications about the quality of their service publicly instead of addressing our concerns let me share some information about why we purchase a roreign camera in error. The website you see now is a vast improvement in clarity over the webpage we saw when we bought the camera. There were no words about the camera being an import in bold letters and only an experienced shopper would have noticed that a "USA warranty" was being offered whoever they are. Bottomline on the receipt , which we will upload to the web, doen't have any mention that THIS IS A FOREIGN OR IMPORT MODEL. NOT UNTIL NIKON INFORMED US THAT THEY WON'T HONOR OUR WARRANTY DID WE KNOW THAT THIS IS A GREY MARKET CAMERA. We have always wanted a US camera and would've never bought a camera without the Nikon warranty. Becareful of these tricks if you aren't experienced.
This trick has been going on for decades.
Nikon issued a recall on the D5000 after like many other customers the viewfinder went dark. When we went to Nikon while we were on vacation, they told us that we had a grey market product and wouldn't honor the warranty.
If you want those kind of headaches go ahead and take a chance.

Our records indicate that you have placed your order through our website back on 05-16-09 for an imported Nikon D5000 Camera. Fotoconnection.com does advertise and sale USA and import products directly on our website. Both products have warranties included with them. You have purchased the Import model which was $100 cheaper than the USA model at the time of purchase. You have informed us that has an error after 4 months of usage and you sent it for repair, Nikon is willing to repair the camera under warranty at no charge to you. You have requested to send the camera back for an exchange for a new one 5 months after the date of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot exchange the Camera because our return/Exchange policy is 30 days, The Camera is already registered to your name with Nikon and our service manager confirmed with Nikon and they do have your camera and it is currently being repaired. Please notify me as soon that you get your camera back from repair so we can extend your warranty for an extra 3 years at no charge to you.

Factory packing was intact. Minor damage to a drawer in shipping replaced by the manufacturer immediately within a week. I ordered this heavy item on 8/23, received it at home on 9/9 (Little later than expected) and received replacment drawer from the manufacturer on 9/22 after two weeks. Received a call from FotoConnection also on 9/22 almost after one month of ordering. They were the cheapest among the sellers on internet.
I am very happy with my order. I really appreciated not only the email telling me that my order was shipped, but the phone call I received to also tell me it was shipped. I was told I would have my order by Wednesday the 23, but actually received it on Tuesday the 22.
Called for a price, very friendly sales help. Product was delivered on time and in great codition, as promised. Defenatly will use PotoConnectin again for quick, friendly service with competive prices.
