I purchased a Canon lens from FotoConnection. Danny and Ryan were the representatives I spoke with. Both were very pleasant and enthusiastic. The ordering proces was very easy.

My experience was great. Delivery of my ysp4000 speaker was very fast and the customer service was wonderful from every one. Mr. Ryan was very helpful and professional with me getting warranty set up. Haven't set up speaker yet but hopefully speaker will work as good as there customer service.

I called fotoconnection to obtain a copy of a previous receipt d/t a problem with my panasonic phone. he was more than helpful and i am on my way to getting it fixed.

It was very easy to order from Ryan @ your company. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful price on a dehumidifier that has been working very well for my family. Factory new, not refurb. Very fast shipping. What was strange was that THIS WAST THE FIRST INTERNET COMPANY THAT HAS CONTACTED ME THE EVENING IT WAS SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING ARRIVED WELL.

I purchased a Canon XSI camera from FotoConnection in February and was very pleased with the knowledgable staff and quick receipt of my order.  
I had an issue with the memory card in October, and the staff (specifically Dylan) were quick to replace the defective card (on the same day!).  
I would certainly order from this Photo shop again.  

Customer service excellent. Talked to Calvin and Ryan. Had 2 phone calls, one to check on shipping as billing address was different than shipping. 2nd call was from Fotoconnection to tell me item is being shipped and to check if everything was ok.

Harold gave me superb service when I called to ask about replacing the screen protector (soft cloth pouch case) for my Olympus SP-570UZ. I had lost it when I was traveling earlier this month.
