I am very happy with my experience with fotoconnection and will plan on using them in the future. I just purchased a camera and I got it sooner than I thought I would. Also the sales associates were very very nice and helpful. I decided to return the camera, on no part of the store. I just wasn't happy with the quality of the camera itself. The sales associated was polite and the process was quick. I would recommend them.

I purchased my EOS 40D from fotoconnection and was very satisfied with the whole transaction. When I had questions, the salesman Danny was patient with me and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. I needed it rushed to me and he made sure that I got it the next day. I was referred to them by someone and have since told many people about fotoconnecion.com. Someone has already made a purchase from this site as well. I love my camera and am going to come back to this site for future purchases.
I have purchased many items from Foto Connections and can say this is one company online that is first class. Their customer reps are always very knowledgeable and helpful. I received the hwd1000 in about 24-48 hours as they told me i would, This is my second order with foto connection. I am satisfied with the help and my order.

Ordering was easy and great. After selecting products I thought I wanted, I called the 800 number and spoke with Ryan. He was very helpful at explaining the differences between products and helping me make the final decision about the purchase. If you are a computer expert, you may not need to call, but I was very happy that I did. I found little details that I did not know to ask and may have ordered products not quite as effective as I wanted.
Have already called back for more accessories for my camera. I am very pleased.
i would like to say that Mark, an employee of photoconnections.com is an amazing worker and able to assist with any problems! i was unsatisfied with the other employees i spoke with however with 3 purchases through Mark things were easy, fast delivery and i am very happy with the supplies! I would recommend this company to friends again because of the costumer support i have received! thanks to this company my photography skills and hobby have continued to new heights!

This is my first experience with Homegoodz. Unfortunately, I had to return a product because it wasn't needed by me afterall. Both Calvin and Erani were fantastic helping me through the RMA process. I also had a pleasant customer experience when ordering the product on 10/01/09. I will definitely use Homegoodz again and will recommend to all of my friends.
I simply wanted to say "Job well done!". I am thoroughly impressed with the speed and ease of my on-line transaction with FotoConnection. The product I ordered came faster than I expected. The product retail packaging was in better condition than 50% of the same boxes that I see on retail store shelves. And, the most important point is that the Keurig B40 works great; as good as the B60 that we have at home! So, please count me as one of the converts that will check FotoConnection first the next time I am looking to make a purchase.
I should also say that I am typically a very demanding consumer with extremely high expectations of on-line merchants. FotoConnection has raised my expectation bar to a new height.
