After hearing about Terry Zahn's company at sharkyforums I replied to a thread in which Terry was a respondent asking if a custom applique I had in mind could be done. This led to a series of emails resulting in my getting exactly what I wanted with just 1 minor glitch.. The main applique (I ordered 3) was a tad too large to fit in my window. So I sat around a few days wondering what I should do when, lo and behold, I saw Terry's sharky s/n on AIM. I said hello and he recalled me right away. (Guess I pestered him enough with all those emails.) I told him what the problem was and he said "just email me the exact measurements you need and we'll get a new one out to you". Now that's service!

Great service. Terry answered my questions very quickly and he's available on instant messenger if I needed any other help. My applique looks fantastic. Its my first mod and all my friends think its really cool.

I called and left a message about custom appliques. Within minutes Terry called me back.. We discussed designing a custom applique. He clearly laid out the pricing, we went over my design, he made all the changes I requested right away, and was nothing but courteous and friendly. He had the applique out to me later that day and it arrived 3 days later.

I e-mailed them about a custom-design applique and sent an image of the picture I wanted. A couple of hours later I received an answer that the applique could be done, so I transfered the money by paypal and they started to work on it. The next day they sent an image of how it would look and I was very satisfied with it but they wanted to brush it up some more.  
 
Two days later they shipped it and I received it 5 days later which I thought was very fast since I live across the Atlantic in Sweden.  
 
Anyway the applique was superb and it came packaged with everything one needed to apply it.  
 
I'll do buisness with them again anytime.

the shattered web is a great place to get custom appliques.. they done a very nice job doing my custom design. they shipped out very fast. i think they start working on the design before you even sent the payment, thats how fast they are. i'll definitely recommend this place to others. they sent it out thursday and i got it monday.. very fast

I asked Terry to make a custom applique of a picture I really liked. He quickly got back to me and started work. During the process, he asked me questions and tailored the artwork size to my exact needs. Received artwork extremely fast for the amount of work he had to do, and the price was extremely fair for the size (approx. 11" by 12"). I just installed the window in my case this weekend, and it looks incredible. His directions are exactly what you need to know, but not wordy. All in all, a perfect experience. Definitely "personalized" service.
