this place is awesome. i sent my money order, and they sent it out on a friday, so i got it on monday. it came in a big box, although when you open it, it's just a regular usps envelope thing. i guess the box is for extra protection. so anyway, it came in a manilla folder with the applique, instructions, your bill, and a blue credit card thingy to smooth it out. installation was easy as hell, and price was good. i'm very happy with it. i recommend this place to everyone.

Wow, what a great retailer. I had a custom window applique made through The Shattered Web. They responded to my e-mail requested within hours of sending it. Once I sent payment, the applique was in the mail the same day, and I was also provided with tracking info.

Absolutely wonderful service. I ordered a couple of custom stickers for my new case, and they were very helpful in getting my design to work. Shipping was extremely fast, and the packaging was absolutely wonderful. The stickers were still inside their protective backing, and were placed inside a folder with the directions and a squeegee. The folder was then placed in a cardboard envelope that was put inside a sturdy shipping box. About the only way these things could have been damaged is if you soaked the box with gasoline and lit it on fire. They also had my custom stickers cut and shipped out within 24 hours of my order. Excellent service all the way around.

I ordered two appliqués the Aces High and Tribal Angel back in November of 2002. I was nervous when ordering back then because they were the new kids on the block but after reading good reviews and shattered web having the best selection to date I had to give them a try. A few days later when I got them in the mail I was nervous that I would find an envelope bent and folded every which way to fit in the tiny mail box but that wasn’t the case. They where packed between two pieces of cardboard, placed in an envelope, and then packed in a box! Apply the appliqués was an easy job. The directions where good and easy to follow and it came with everything you need to apply an appliqué. I’m still very happy with my appliqués today and they look brand new. There is nothing nerve racking about ordering from this company! Very satisfied!

I ordered a standard biohazard applique, it arrived very quickly and was very well packaged. The instructions were very easy to follow, and they even included a small credit-card shaped plastic card for smoothing it out. I was very pleased.

An absolute dream to deal with. I e-mailed Terry with questions on a custom applique, and he responded within just a couple of hours. He answered as many questions as I had, and even offered his opinion, which was great!!! On top of it all... this was on a SUNDAY!!!
