On Saturday 1/23/10, I purchased 3 "ProMariner Universal AC Plug Holder White" from Boaters World on Ebay. At first I was reluctant because of the negative feedback here at ResellersRatings, but they had a pretty good feedback on Ebay, so I took a chance. After placing the order, I received an email instructing me to call for order confirmation. I thought to myself, here comes the bait and switch! To my surprise, I was told everything was in order. The items were shipped on Monday 1/25/10 by FedEx Ground and I received them on Friday 1/29/10 in Alaska. I wouldn't hesitate placing another order with Boaters World through Ebay.

I purchase 2 Penn Captiva CV6000 reel / 9' 2PC surf rod combos on Sunday(10/9/05) and received them on Tuesday(10/11/05). Shipping was very quick and the price was $40 cheaper(saved $20 on each) then a well known sporting goods store. I was very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely do business with them again.

I ordered online, and the order was processed very smoothly.  
 
No hassle at all.  

I took a chance on this retailer even though they weren't yet listed on resellerratings.com. Purchased a Magellan SporTrak Pro for an excellent price and got delivery within a few days with no problems. Very pleased since I usually don't take chances with vendors. Nothing to complain about here.

I love boaters world. I bought a gift certificate for V-day and it was a bit confusing that part of it.  
Otherwise my husband ordered a boat sterio the next day and it is pretty nice- very fast shipping.

Totally unprofessional customer service. Was advised to call them to confirm my order, I did that gave the necessary details they put me on hold for a second agent. He spoke to me for a few minutes and proceeded to hang up on me! What a waste of time! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

First they put a gps on sale. I order one and they ship me a used unit marked Display on the box. It is missing parts. I call and ask for a new unit like I ordered. They never sent me anything back. When I called they told me they would send it in a week (twice). Finally three weeks later I called and they say that they will refund my money and the item was discontinued from the manufacturer. This was a lie. They then admitted it was a lie and said they could special order one for me at $400 more than I paid. The customer service and "supervisors" that I spoke to were all like robots and would not do anything except repeat the same thing over and over... The worst web shopping experience I have ever had.

I will never make a purchase again or recommend this company to anyone. My item was on backorder, they offered me a refund and I accepted. Then I was told I would recieve no refund and would have to wait for the item. I asked for a refund and was denied. I used google checkout to make the purchase and I am taking action with google as we speak. I will take action with my bank if the problem is not solved to my satisfaction. If you want to get the best deal like I did, next time spend a little more money with a reputable store. I will buy this item from cabelas if I ever get my money back.

i took a chance on this seller, and i got screwed. when i ordered the product it said that they had to recieve it from the manuafacturer. no problem, but when almost a month goes by and no product i get pissed. so i called, and oh goody i got to talk to a foreign person who couldn't speak a word of clear english, who informed me that the item was on backorder, which it didn't state when i ordered it, now it should be in on the 2nd week of january, a full month later, so i emailed them back on the 2nd week of jan. only to discover that it's still on backorder, and it should be in on the 3rd week on january. common sense would think that if an item is that popular maybe they should order more of them. anyway, so i told'em that i wanted a full refund, which i can't confirm they did yet. i took a chance and got burned, be wary of them. now i'm going to buy it off ebay where there are 2 in stock there.
