I ordered a brown box tablet PC from Tech For Less- significantly cheaper than I could find it elsewhere. Received the tablet in new condition- no marks ect. Completely as advertised and on time.  
 
Ordered a seperate stand/keyboard- received it but there was no stand. They answered my email immediately and offered to refund my purchase or deduct half the cost.

An order was placed on line for a HP DeskJet 3915 Color Printer. Order confirmation with tracking number was received on July 21, 2006. UPS delivered the item on July 25, 2006. The product was received in excellent working condition and the service was great. A 5***** transaction.

Excellent descriptions of open box items. Prices are very good. I took a chance with an open box Palm GPS Car Kit. Everything was included and in working order. An added bonus was the external GPS reciever the previous owner must have forgotten.

I purchased a open box konica/minolta 5d body.Their website defined open box item as everthing being intact.But upon receiving saw body strap and body cap missing (which was supposed to be included with the body)and warranty card.Customer Svc department was very helpful specially Titus Kleppinger, who promptly addressed all my concern via email and phone.Promised to honor the original 1 yr manufacturers warranty,will have to see if needed how effeciently they handle it.Would purchase from them again.

I'm an amateur photographer. Great price on my Canon 70-200 L Lens; good web site, very easy to use; fast email confirmation with good shipping info; then shipped following business day and arrived in lower Tx from Colorado on fourth day, well packed, with all goodies intact; then an e-mailed invoice to confirm purchase for warranty, future repairs, etc. Top notch outfit, good old Colorado boys. This is the way business should be done.

I needed a pair of Planar PX191 monitors. These are specialized medical-grade monitors (i.e., can be calibrated to the DICOM standard) that are starting to get scarce and expensive. I turned to Tech for Less since they were selling these monitors for about half the price of other web-based companies.  
 
I was at first dubious because they only offered the PX191's as "open box" items. Each monitor was tested and guaranteed to work by Tech for Less. Each monitor came with the full 3-year Planar replacement warranty. The price was so awesome that I decided to go for it.  
 
The monitors arrived on time. However, one of the monitors was DOA. I told Tech for Less about it in an email. The next day I had an RMA # and a pre-paid UPS shipping label to return the dead unit. I also had a tracking number for the replacement monitor they had already been shipped!  
 
The replacement monitor arrived a couple of days later, working perfectly. I now have my dual monitor system - complete with the medical-grade PX191 monitors that I needed. When I registered the serial numbers with Planar, they gave me the promised 3-year replacement warranty.  
 
What more can I say. They did a great job. Even though I had a problem, they fixed it quickly - and at their expense.  
 
I will definitely order again from Tech for Less.

Great Service. I purchase 1 of Digital Concepts 70" 3-section Deluxe Tripod with Carrying Case and a pair of Cobra MicroTALK PR245-2VP GMRS / FRS Two-Way Radio. The goods came in good packing and on time

Ordered an Epson TM-U375P point-of-sale printer. Shipping was fast and efficient, however, the unit did not come with the power supply. Advertised as "Missing non-essentials", which I reasonably interpreted to mean a driver CD or instruction manual. Attempt to rectify the solution with a customer service supervisor got nowhere. They refuse to make amends for their deceptive advertising. Referring to BBB and Colorado Attorney General's office.

TechForLess was a pleasure to do business with. When they were out of stock on the item I ordered, rather than backorder it they sourced it (at additional cost) from a 3rd party and had it drop-shipped to me - and they ate the additional cost (I know this because of the packing slip from the 3rd party). When there was a bit of a mixup in the e-mail with the tracking number, I had a pleasant (and quick!) interaction with their customer support. Count me a very satisfied customer who will seek out TechForLess in the future for my business.
