Package was delivered in good packaging and within reasonable time frame. Although computer part was the wrong part and there was no invoice. Now having to deal with customer service, this is a completely frustrating process. I order online to avoid wasting my time, but now this is the complete opposite. This was my first and last time ordering from this store. Please stay away from this store.

I ordered my digital camera from Techforless.com. They had the 3rd lowest price on the web, but I didn't have to deal with any "phony" calls, high pressure up-sales and add-ons. What a pleasure !! I got my UPS shipment notice with tracking information, the SAME evening I placed the order, and it's showing delivery in 6 days.  

I have done business twice now with Techforless and both times had a great experience I purchased a digital camera from them open box at a very good price they responded quickly with order confirmations and tracking numbers and shipped quickly. Product came nicely packaged in original box with all accessories. Recently I ordered a motherboard that came just as fast and nicely packaged but was missing some items. Customer service responded quickly to resolve the issue and I will defiantly do business with them again and recommend them to others. Great seller

Ordered Quickbooks POS Pro in factory sealed box. Item arrived exactly as described. Box appeared to be just the basic version, however a sticker from Quickbooks on the bottom of box indicated it was the Pro version as expected. I had heard this to be the case reading reviews of the software prior to ordering, so I wasn't alarmed. Product installed and activated without a problem. One more thing... I chose UPS 2 day air for shipping at what I thought was a more than reasonable cost. I was given a tracking number and kept abreast of expected delivery throughout the whole process. I am thoroughly pleased and would recommend Tech for Less based on this experience and will check with them on future purchases.

I bought a Gateway FPD2275W (Open Box) on July 5, 2008. The monitor arrived July 8th via UPS. The monitor is beautiful and works great. The shipping cost was more than reasonable ($12.00) and they shipped the item right away. I highly recommend this company and this monitor.  
I made a second purchase on October 8th and had the same results.  
I highly recommend this company.

I recently purchaced a digital cmaera from Tech For Less. I was a little leary due to the fantastic price they offered but went ahead and placed the order due to the higher than average ratings I found across the web.  
My order was almost immediatly followed by a conformation email then by another that allowed me to track my item once shipped. My order arrived in 5 days using just the regular shipping method.  
The item was intact with all pieces, in great condition and exactly as Tech For Less had described in it's site.  
I will continue to use them in the future for electronics purchaces.

Purchase couldn't have been easier or quicker. Ordered a hard drive from Tech for Less for a great price and received it a few days later, very well packaged might I add. I'm very impressed with this reseller!

I had high hopes for this company after reading review from here. Their prices are pretty cheap and they ship very quickly. However, I ordered a backpack that was supposedly factory sealed. I received my bag and it has been used with no seal over the bag. It is slightly dirty and I found some pieces of notebook paper in the bag. I will not be shopping here again.  
 
EDIT: I contacted customer support and told them I had got a used backpack. They were willing to exchange it for a new one or give me a refund. I took the refund and finally just got my refund.

Placed a order for Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic using paypal and my CC was charged .. My order got canceled with no explanation when others that ordered the same thing received tracking info  

Perfect in every way. Will not shop for electronics anywhere else. Customer service was ideal, product, (TV), was wonderful and encountered a glitch that was the SHIPPING COMPANY'S fault and tech for less REFUNDED the FULL price for shipping on their own. I didn't even ask them for the refunded shipping as it wasn't their fault. Also, the price can't be beat. Got an open boxed item and it looked and runs like a brand new closed box set. I couldn't be happier!

First time buyer, ordered a new 'open-box'psu, item was exactly as described. All parts, manual, etc. Pleased with the fast shipping by UPS. Salesman I talked to before purchase was friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about.

The monitor I ordered was refurbished although it had quite a few dead pixels and had entire lines of dead pixels. I called in and asked about a replacement for a new monitor which I was willing to pay the difference although they did state they could not make special orders because a customer cancellation would cost them alot on a factory sealed product. Fair enough.  
 
So I called them and asked for a return given the conditions and they immediately emailed me a packing slip and credited my credit card within 3 days of receipt to their warehouse. I am very satisfied given that despite the product not working properly, they went out of their way to help the customer. I have been burned before by etailers and this customer service is exemplary.

The process is very smooth. I received the Packing Tracking e-mail the very next day.  
Merchandise arrived on Oct 23 2007. Nicely Packaged.
