I ordered a camera from centraldigital.com. The price was great, but after I placed the order online, they called to talk me into buying accessories. They claimed their batteries and memory cards were much more expensive then what I was seeing elsewhere because they were higher quality. I finally gave in and ordered an extra battery for $50. When I got the order, I looked the battery up online and found the same one for $15 including shipping. I called to complain and they claimed that thier prices were higher because they didn't buy accessories wholesale. They offered to send me some extra accessories. When I recieved those, I would say it was probably about $20 worth if I had bought them elsewhere. Overall I still got a good deal, but it would have been better if I didn't buy any accessories. You can probably get a camera at a great price here, but don't believe anything their salespeople say.

I called to make sure the item was in stock--it was. I ordered a Canon EOS 7D (body only) on-line using a Bing Cashback link (3%). I got a price of $1399, plus about $35 expedited shipping to CO. They called me within 30 minutes to "confirm my order and credit card." I did that and they asked only once if I wanted an extended warranty or any accessories. I declined and they didn't ask again. They confirmed that the order was executed and it was shipped the next day, delivered two days later via UPS. The camera came in a kit box that was supposed to include the Canon 28-135mm IS lens but didn't. I presume they're making some extra money by splitting the kits and selling body-only cameras to people like me. Nonetheless, the camera was brand new, no issues at all, functions flawlessly, registered with Canon, etc.

I understand why they may have had some bad reviews in the past, but my experience was excellent and I would look for them again. I used an AMEX card and was VERY prepped for fraud, just in case, but that was unnecessary.

The Bing Cashback is in my account--in covered shipping plus a little more, so I got this camera for about $300 less than Amazon and almost $400 less than if I'd bought local retail (e.g., Best Buy).

I had ordered 10 Ccanon G10 cameras. I was told the on line price of $454 was not available since we wanted to purchase more than one. OK we want for gifts so will accept $499.00 I get a phone call telling me we can only purchase them for the now inflated price of $699.00. Order canceled, is not reputable company to do business with.

These guys run a scam. I found them through Bing placed an order for a Plasma TV becasue the website showed it as "in stock" and they had the lowest price. I got a confirmation, but no other status for more than a week, I called them multiple times and they told me it was being shipped, then told me its coming from another location, then told me they can't get it. They run a scam ... they lure you in with a cheap price and try to sell you other stuff and if you don't buy the other stuff they just don't ship the order.

BUYER BEWARE! Worst transaction ever. I actually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and was successful. I found a camera through Bing. I was supposed to receive a 10% rebate from the seller. I purchased the camera. Days later I called them because I had received no e-mails. I was told they did not have the camera in stock. They said they would at the end of the week. I called on that day and was told they did not expect to receive any more. They sold me a camera they did not have and did not expect to receive. I asked to get a different color which was in stock. The different color would have cost less if I had ordered it, but I did not argue because I wanted the camera quickly. Then I received notification that my 2% rebate, yes, not 10% as advertised but 2%, was too small to be paid out. The seller said this was a problem with Bing, but Bing's FAQs clearly state that rebates are determined by the seller, so not only did I get something other than what I bought, I had to pay 10% more than advertised. Then they talked me into a package that was supposed to have a memory card, tripod and an extra battery for $69.99. When I received it, it was junk. The tripod was about three inches tall. I had been told it could be wrapped around a tree, which was not true. The battery had a much different voltage and amperage. The camera manual specifically warned against using different batteries. When I called the seller they said to ignore the manual and use the battery. Of course, this would void the warranty and if my camera fried I would be out of luck. When I said I wanted to return the junk, they finally agreed but told me they would charge me a hefty restocking fee and return shipping. That's when I disputed the charge with my credit card company and won the dispute. These people lie and are mean and rude. Don't purchase anything from then unless you want a major headache. Customer service is nonexistant. Buyer beware!

I found a camera I was interested in and it was listed at ibuydigital at a decent price with free shipping. I had checked the company reviews here and was concerned over having to call or worse yet getting calls about the order at an odd hour, so I did not list a phone number on my online order, just all 9's.

The order went through and the following day I got an email that said:
Due to verification problems with your order # ********, we are unable to process your order. In order to help us process your order, please contact our verification department at 1-866-243-4289 Extension 557.

I've first time ordered from many other places w/o having to provide a phone number, so this smacks of high pressure sales tactics to me- you call and they try to sell you more stuff. I would not recommend doing business with this company since they cannot deliver what they advertise.

Never buy anything from this company they will rip you off. I bought a brand new projector in May from them which had $200 rebate. So I applied for rebate to Mitsubishi and, Mitsubishi took couple of months to respond to the rebate. They came back and told me ibuydigital has ripped you off by cutting out the serial number from the projector and from the box and sold you as a new item, And they put a fake serial number tape on the projector. When I call the manager at ibuydigital and send them all the pictures with all the info, and asked him to replace the projector,he ended up blaming me for cutting out the serial number from the projector. He told me he can’t do anything about it. We sold you a new item. Nothing can be done. He also added they do cut out the serial numbers from the boxes and equipment before they sell to a customer because they are in wholesale business. I wish he knew that Serial number tempering is crime. Manager did not care if report this to BBB or the Manufacture.

I did the order one week ago on Friday night or Sat Morning. Kevin called my home - I think to ask about purchase of options. I politely declined, no pressure from Kevin. Camera came today. No problems. He upgraded my shipping with no extra charge.

Absolutely perfect experience!! I found this retailer through bing.com/cashback and ordered a Canon HF200. They had the best price ($60 less then everywhere else) but not the best rating. I took a chance and ordered from them anyways but was pretty nervous about it. I placed the order at 7:00PM on 9/21/09 and received an order confirmation right away. I called the next morning to check on the status and to make sure the item was in stock. The man that I spoke with was great and confirmed everything; even saying that he would be able to get the item shipped out that afternoon or tomorrow morning at the latest. He did go through the “buy an extended battery” sales pitch but there was no pressure. I told him I did not need anything but the camcorder and he said no problem and advised that item would be shipped right away. I kept checking the status of the order on their website and found that it updated regularly and by the end of the day, the item was listed as “shipped”. The next morning, I received a e-mail with the UPS tracking number and received the item this afternoon, 9/24/09. Three days after placing the order and that was with their free shipping and ordering the item after they had already closed!!! The item was brand new, in perfect “un-opened” condition, in the factory box and came with the official Canon Warranty Card. I was able to register the product and for the warranty right on the Canon USA website. I would highly recommend the seller and would buy from again.

I was leery about buying online due to the large number of scams out there, so I called the 800 number and got Kevin. He reassured me and was very helpful in getting my order right. He made some suggestions regarding additional accessories I might want and opted for the addition battery and memory card. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would do business with them again. Prices were terrific! Thanks. PS; as a followup, they sent the wrong product. I paid extra for 2nd day because of a party I needed the camera for. When I called back they said that I didn't pay for the item I ordered, yet when the salesman checked the website it was the right price. They upped the price the next day. They offered to email a shipping label so I would not have to pay freight for their error, but to this day have not recieved it after two calls. The website lists the hours on Friday as 9-3pm but when I called at 2:19 they said they were closed at 2pm. Now it's the weekend with no chance to get some help until Monday. As of right now I would rather pay a little extra for some good service.

I ordered a Sony Blu-Ray player. It arrived about 1 week later. All-in-all, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and Central Digital's handling of the order. Delivery was delayed by 2 days while in transit. I don't know why, but it's certainly not Central Digitals issue.

I was hesitant, but Canon T1i was nearly $90 cheaper than other vendors. Ordered on a Sunday. Called them monday to confirm because I did not get an email confirmation. Was given moderate pitch for extra battery, declined twice and they let it go. Product shipped wednesday. Received on Friday. 100% as described. Would buy again.

The order was easy to place online and a personal response by a phone call the next day to confirm the order and ask if I had questions was unexpected from an online store. My impression had been that most sellers just wanted the money and personal service was unnecessary. Most of the time I get the impression my orders are handled by computers - not people. I was very pleased.

My experience with this company was bad. I placed my order on August 5th and my order was shipped on August 22nd. I was assured my order was shipped on August 11th and it was not. The product I purchased was finally shipped August 22nd after countless telephone call and emails. Don't waste your time, money or patience as this company obviously is out to scam people. What a shame a business thinks they need to operate this way. I would caution anyone dealing with this company. Pay a couple extra bucks and go with a reputable company. This one won't be in business very long conducting business this was.

I was a bit hesitant to buy from IBuyDigital after reading the latest reviews but their price for Panasonic Lumix ZS3 was $50 less than in other places and they picked up the phone quickly when I called to check if it was in stock, so I ordered.
I did get an e-mail asking to call back to verify the order and they did ask me to buy me some accessories when I called, but there were no sell pressure of any kind.
I got an e-mail with my UPS tracking number and got my camera on time, brand new and sealed.
The warranty card included did not look like Panasonic and required registration within 30 days, so they may be providing their own warranty, but the camera works great and those things rarely break, so no worries here.
