Terrible product and service! The battery I received from them was very poor and became unusable a little over a month of use. After a month there are no refunds but you can ship it back for an exchange but the costs of this approach the costs of a new battery!  
 
They sell very, very poor batteries.

This is a fraudulent company. There is no direct way to contact anyone there. It should be put out of business. Pearland Texas is on the outskirts of Houston. I went to the Houston Better Business Bureau web site and found out it does not respond to BBB complaints. There were two phone numbers listed for FDC on the BBB site. I dialed both of them and in both cases got a "no longer in service" message. Here's what the BBB says:  
 
Based on BBB files, this business has an unsatisfactory record with BBB due to 2 unanswered complaints and 4 unresolved complaints. The Bureau has attempted to contact the company at the following addresses and has received returned mail from each of the addresses listed below as of today:

Very Deceptive!!! I ordered a battery that they indicated they had in stock. Since I was ordering a battery and had to pay their S/H fee any ways, I ordered a leather case too. To my surprise, I received a leather case in the mail with my Invoice saying the battery was Back Ordered!!!! Numerous emails later, I am assured it will arrive and then was delayed because of Tropical storm Ike. Now I see they refunded my battery amount (not the shipping). This is after they assured me it was going out last week. I have been dealing with these losers for almost a month!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

Had exactly what I wanted (cell travel charger, handsfree, SD-USB adaptor), prices were fanatastic, service/delivery was lightning fast. There's is absolutely nothing more you could want. A GREAT e-tailer.

This company has taken my money and provided no product. I placed an order with them over a month ago and still have not received it. When I contacted their missing order department, I found no help. They haven't replaced the order, nor will they even respond to emails that request a refund for a product I never received. I will never shop with this company again and if you value your time and money, I recommend you don't either.

Ordered battery for a Motorola Q phone. The battery arrived in a reasonable time (about a week) but it would not take a charge so I returned it immediately (addressed & labeled as required). I have not recieved a replacement nor have they replied to my email, not even from the auto-reply. I am probably out the $30. Should have checked out this site first. Calgary, Canada

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM FACTORY DIRECT CELLULAR. I ordered 3 items and received only 2 out of 3. As instructed, I emailed them, explaining the problem. Then emailed them again. Then faxed a copy of my email. No response from anyone. There is no phone number available to contact the company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!

Wow, I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my cell phone battery. It has been 3 weeks and no battery. I guess the missing phone number from the web page and automated answer machine were a good hint I wasn't going to see my battery.  
Oh well, live and learn. Cancelling that charge on my card and moving on to better companies.

Should have read these reviews before using Factory Direct Cellular. Ordered a cover/case for a Motorola w385, which was delivered quickly. But the cover/case was inferior and did not fit the phone well at all. I returned it as directed by the seller and asked to exchange it for a better quality leather case. 3 weeks have passed and I have not heard or been able to communicate with them after repeated e-mails. Called American Express to dispute the charge and they immediately canceled it as they have had numerous complaints about this vendor. They also gave me a phone # 713-394-6849. I called, but no answer.

Excellent service, prompt responses to my questions, speedy shipping. Very helpful with inquiries about my use of their products which we addressed in some back and forth conversations via e-mail. Communication from this company was timely, thorough, and forthright. Products were as advertised and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of items that I purchased. I am looking forward to our next transaction. Additionally, because my experience was relaxed and easy I will highly recommend doing business with this company.

Ordered case for a Motorola RAZR. It does not fit-- won't work at all. I reviewed the company's several steps to get a refund and, given that I must pay shipping to return this item and the hassle of getting an RMA and shipping it back, I'm better off just writing it off.

I ordered a battery and a back to the phone a motorola I530 It came in about a week the battery fit the phone but it would not charge and the phone said invalid battery and turn off the old battery would still power it up I sent E mail to customer service and have not heard back.$30.95 down the drain Iwould not buy from them again.

On Oct 29 I ordered 2 different cellphone batteries and a pouch. The package arrived on Oct 4, but was missing one of the batteries, a $24 item, and there was no mention that it was not available or on back order etc. Since they provide no phone number, I contacted them via the email they provide. I received an automated response that totally ignore my issue. I then emailed them a couple of more times but received no response except more of the automated garbage. I will certainly never use them again.

Ordered battery for my Nokia Cell Phone. Received approx 8 days after placing online order. As directed, we charged for 16 hours then put into phone. Phone went dead after about 3 hours. We recharged for remainder of day and overnight for a total of 18 hours. Returned it to phone and after five hours it was dead again. Tried another re-charge with similar results. Decided to return for refund due to poor performance, but seems that the 30 day return rule must start upon receipt of order because company decided to exchange rather than refund. Only problem was they mixed up the exchange and sent me a battery destined for a lady in Texas, complete with invoice, credit card # and email address. Sent email detailing the mix-up and suggesting a refund. Terse response was they could not refund because it was over 30 days! Duh, no kidding it was now near 60 days since the original order. No mention of what I was supposed to do with second battery or what the lady in Texas was going to get for her money. Wouldn't recommend this company!

I ordered an extended life battery and cover combo on August 8th. It took me 2 e-mails and a month before I got my order. After the second e-mail I was told it was shipped and probably got lost in the mail. Amazingly, after they said they would send it out a second time I received my order. After seeing other reviews I think they only sent it out once.
