Purchased a couple of batteries and a car charger on Nov 4, at which time they happily charged my account but didn't send anything to me. (Unhelpful) Automated responses only to their e-mail support address, no phone number for customer service. I guess I could try their mailing address but since it is easier just to respond to an e-mail if you're an honest vendor...

BAD COMPANY!!! I placed my order on 10/19 and went on a short vacation. Well, you guessed it. NO MERCHANDISE recieved as yet. On 11/18 Charles@ZenCentric.com emailed me a USPS tracking number and message stated that items were sent that day by Proirty Mail. As of tonight 11/20 7PM EST. the tracking number only appears as a electronic notification for the usps to expcct the package for mailimg. Not an actual mailing as yet unless the usps is slow to update their servers. I believe that a fraud has been comitted and I notified my Credit Card company several days ago about the matter. 32 days have passed since my orig order. I don't think any of us will get any merchandise. DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

I am in the process of prosecuting this company for wire fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their local BBB has 45 complaints on record against them since 2001! (Mine is 46, #857176 at www.bbbhou.org) Thirty-five of those are for orders not delivered, only 9 of those cases have been resolved. They took my money, and I never ONCE received an email from a real person. This kind of company SHOULD NOT EXIST.

No merchandise, no confirmation, no answer to emails. Just the $54 charge on my credit card. I did not investigate first. Has this company ever filled an order? I will contest this purchase on my credit card.

Like the others on this site, I ordered from them when there was only one strike against them, figuring maybe the first person just had a bad experience. Over 2 weeks now, and no sign of my order, even though they charged my card the day I ordered it. After reading all this, I called my credit company today and had them take the charge off today. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

Likewise, I ordered, thinking "they can't be all that bad."  
Well, think again before ordering - the WIL NOT respond to emails or faxes.  
Don't know what their scam is - but this is not a legit business.

i also made the mistake of ordering from this company. the customer service is horrible. i placed my order on the 17 th of sept. and here it is oct. 21 and i have not recieved the order yet. i sent many many e-mails to this company and have not gotten a response. i also faxed them several times with no luck. i found some phone numbers for them and called them. no response. i filed complaints with the ftc, bbb, texas attorney general, and the ifcc (a division of the fbi)the company has not responded to any of these people either. avoid this company!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on Sept 1st and when I had not received it by the 14th I began sending emails to them asking for an update on the status of my order. Mind you, they charged my card the day I placed the order...To date, it has been 25 days since I ordered and I have gotten nothing, not even a response to my MANY emails. Avoid this company at all costs! Spread the word!
