Ordered case for a Motorola RAZR. It does not fit-- won't work at all. I reviewed the company's several steps to get a refund and, given that I must pay shipping to return this item and the hassle of getting an RMA and shipping it back, I'm better off just writing it off.

I ordered a battery and a back to the phone a motorola I530 It came in about a week the battery fit the phone but it would not charge and the phone said invalid battery and turn off the old battery would still power it up I sent E mail to customer service and have not heard back.$30.95 down the drain Iwould not buy from them again.

On Oct 29 I ordered 2 different cellphone batteries and a pouch. The package arrived on Oct 4, but was missing one of the batteries, a $24 item, and there was no mention that it was not available or on back order etc. Since they provide no phone number, I contacted them via the email they provide. I received an automated response that totally ignore my issue. I then emailed them a couple of more times but received no response except more of the automated garbage. I will certainly never use them again.

Ordered battery for my Nokia Cell Phone. Received approx 8 days after placing online order. As directed, we charged for 16 hours then put into phone. Phone went dead after about 3 hours. We recharged for remainder of day and overnight for a total of 18 hours. Returned it to phone and after five hours it was dead again. Tried another re-charge with similar results. Decided to return for refund due to poor performance, but seems that the 30 day return rule must start upon receipt of order because company decided to exchange rather than refund. Only problem was they mixed up the exchange and sent me a battery destined for a lady in Texas, complete with invoice, credit card # and email address. Sent email detailing the mix-up and suggesting a refund. Terse response was they could not refund because it was over 30 days! Duh, no kidding it was now near 60 days since the original order. No mention of what I was supposed to do with second battery or what the lady in Texas was going to get for her money. Wouldn't recommend this company!

I ordered an extended life battery and cover combo on August 8th. It took me 2 e-mails and a month before I got my order. After the second e-mail I was told it was shipped and probably got lost in the mail. Amazingly, after they said they would send it out a second time I received my order. After seeing other reviews I think they only sent it out once.

My experience with this company has been nothing but the best. Matt and Cathy went above and beyond the meet my needs and see that the items that I ordered were satisfactory. I would do business with these people anytime I need their product. Great work. Donald

This CO is a ZERO. If you order from this CO after reading reviews,Your Fault. Cannot even contact this co. They will not answer at all

Charged 2.95 cents to ship a package that cost 41 cents to ship - Sent the wrong color and refused to rectify the situation - the choice of color is no longer on the page and no where does it say they choose the color.

I ordered a battery on 4/11/07, after many attempts to get status, I was told it is in the mail,also was told the mail is runnig slow, while i am receiving other mail on time,this has been a hectic experience. it was received 5/11/07  
post marked 5/8/07 (it is RETURN TO SENDER)

Customer service contact is possible only by e-mail, Factory Direct Cellular did not respond to e-mails or faxes regarding order status, and then shipped order several weeks late.

I wrote the message at the bottom right before the postman brought my order to my home. I must say that everything was packed together and the delivery was very quick with respect to the time I made payment. So I'll have to give high marks for my experience with this vendor, but I do wish they would fess up and have a phone contact and a street address instead of only an email and a PO Box. But I'll leave what I said below just to show the seller how what these rating people write can do to your thinking as a buyer.

DEAR GOD WHAT HAVE I GOTTEN INTO????? I am very afraid now that they have my money and I'm in the process of waiting for the products to arrive. Most of the items won't cause damage tomy cell phone, but the software package I should be getting could be some copied, crap clone for all I know until it gets here. If it's not a factory sealed box with factory sealed CD, etc., I will be back to REALLY express my feelings about this company. I wish I had seen this BEFORE I ordered. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Never ever buy anything from this retailer. I emailed them 3 times about my missing order and they responded the first two times saying that the battery was in the mail. The last time I emailed they didn't respond. I am now reversing the charges on my credit card.

I would warn anyone against purchasing from this "merchant". Ordered two cell phone batteries, receive no e-mail confirmation, no shipping confirmation, but they were able to charge my credit card. Have now disputed the charge. Telephone number provided on credit card authorization not in service. Telephone number off website registrar notin service. Address for returns is UPS drop box. Company owner apparently one Charles Shunshing Tsang. Better Business Bureau has more than 160 complaints. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

I purchased two cellphone batteries and a leather case. They arrived quickly, no problem there, but there was something wrong with the battery and it FRIED my cellphone. I have had to replace my cellphone. I am in process of trying to get a refund; from what I've read on this site, I'm not holding out much hope.

I purchased a battery and car charger for my cell phone from this company. The price was good. The package arrived in a timely manner but the charger was missing from the package. I contacted them via the e-mail address provided. They responded in a timely manner and said they would check out the problem and get back to me. As it was late in the day, I heard from them the next morning via e-mail. They immediately put a charger in the mail to me and it arrived even faster than the battery did. I trust this merchant, was very satisfied and will do additional business with them.
