Heard 'word on the street' about Merkor at various chatrooms and bulletin boards ( http://www.arstechnica.com ) - decided to give it a shot and got an excellent value on an NEC 1250 22 inch monitor.  
 
I bought an A rated monitor, and it was exactly as it was supposed to be - showed up in absolutely perfect working condition with only minor physical blemishes (in this case easily removed by a strong solvent and some mild elbow grease). It showed up _VERY_ securely packed - wrapped in a thick black bag and physically restrained with form-fitting foam. I expect that upwards of 5 pounds of the shipping weight was packing material - this thing was packed for keeps.  
 
I would recommend them highly.

I initially bought a 22" monitor and when I received it it had some burn-in and a couple of scrathes on the screen. I contacted merkortech and they agreed to replace the monitor. I have received my replacement monitor an it is in excellent condition.

I had doubts about used products but Merkor's web site and product warranty provided me with all the info and security I needed to make my purchase. I ordered a grade A 21 inch monitor on Friday morning, it shipped same day and I had it Tuesday morning. Online service, ordering, shipping, product satisfaction is A++! I can't say enough to emphasize my complete satisfaction with this company.

Got my 21" monitor in one day. Very nice. I had talked to a nice helpful guy on phone who answered all my questions. Glad I found these guys. Very well packed. Found them on pricewatch.com and they discounted my bill to match price on pricewatch. Very happy with whole thing.  

I was very wary when ordering my monitor - the 22" NEC FE1250 - and, in fact, I practically prayed it would work as it was shipped and finally delivered. But, it works beautifully. There is one dent above the logo and a small sticky spot that is barely there. That is it. And I got it for what has got to be well under half price. I can't say enough good things. I will reccomend them to friends in the future.

I got a great deal on a terrific product and only paid a fraction of the cost of most other online stores. Customer service over the phone was a tad.....well for lack of a better word lacking. But i got a great product in a decent timeframe in perfect condition.  
 
As a matter of fact the monitor they shipped probably could have survived a plane crash it was packaged so well. Kudos to merker!!!

I ordered a monitor from them, and it had a problem with the gamma being to high. After talking to the people there, they kindly arranged to send me a new monitor and they are even arranging for Fed Ex to pick the bad one up at their own cost and ship it back to them. They are even cross shipping the new monitor back to me at the same time. Nice!  
 
This is a quality company to order from... as you can see from the rest of the people, and you can order with confidence knowing if you have a problem they quickly and effectively take care of it and you!

I cannot say enough about Merkor, I am absolutly astounded. Placed my order for a 21" Black IBM P202 Monitor with a Sony Trinitron tube on 02-25-03. Took them 1 day to process and ship, here I am on 02-28-03 with my beautiful new monitor.  
 
Shipping was fast, especially for a 68lb monitor. Packaging was nothing short of amazing, self expanding foam encasing the monitor to prevent damage, and tons of tape and box pullties to keep the box secure. My invoice in a pouch on top of the box.  
 
The monitor was listed as Grade A for $199.99 and $62.00 shipping. It is flawless and in perfect working order. I couldn't have got a monitor of this caliber from anywhere for less than $600, and I got it from Merkor shipped for $261.

Ordered a Dell P1100 21" monitor -Grade A- and it arrived in 6 days. The shipping was a bit slow (for me) but overall, I was happy with my order. The shipping was a bit steep but the monitor was heavy so it was understandable. They did a great job with packaging and the monitor arrived without a scratch.  
 
I would highly recommend buying from them! You can't beat their prices on their grade A monitors.

Ordered a grade A Dell P1110 (21" totally flat trinitron crt).  
 
Shipping was extremely fast. Got it 3 days after it shipped.  
 
Product was well packed with what appears to be self expanding foam.  
 
Monitor works well. I would definitely purchase from these guys again.

Great experience, they were fast and I had no problems. I ordered a NEC 21'' FE1250, a good monitor. They took one day to process the order and ship. On a whim, I ordered a 21" CRT from Merkor. I am normally wary of any company that deals in used goods. However Merkor offered a good price and I read some decent comments about the company. Monitor shipped same-day and arrived on time.  
 
When I plugged in the monitor I was sent, I could not get the geometry and color setup to my satisfaction. I do not know if this was the monitor being under spec for my work - or if the tube itself had been used too long. Regardless, Merkor happily exchanged the monitor after a brief phone troubleshooting session. I recieved a second monitor as fast as shipping allowed, and its working perfect - like new. The polite and caring manner the rep carried at all times made my buying experience, while delayed by the exchange, very satisfying. This company's bargain priced products, plus excellent customer service make them a great choice for hardcore enthusiasts and deal shoppers. I give this company two thumbs up.

I bought a 21" monitor. They cut a little off the price, and shipped it out the same day I ordered it. I received it in three days, it looks and works like its brand new. This is a great company to do business with.

Ordered a Sony G500 (grade b) on 1/25, processed 1/27, shipped 1/28, arrived 1/30. Although rated at grade b, the product was in flawless condition except for some glue left from some sort of sticker on the top of the monitor. Used some isopropyl alcohol and it's good as new. Works great (I'm writing this review from it at 1600x1200/85hz). The packing was amazing, and the monitor didn't budge during travel. A very good price for a very good monitor. I will most definitely be buying from them again :)
