I ordered a refurbished 19" monitor. A couple days after it arrived, it had problems. I had to pay shipping to return it, which means I basically paid $130 for the monitor, and $80 is total shipping costs. A week later, the monitor was returned to me, but it has the same exact problem! It appeared the vendor just took the monitor, tinkered with it a little bit, and then shipped it back. When I pointed this out, the vendor offered to ship me a different monitor from a different manufacturer, but made with the same tube (and hence, the same quality and features). They would also pay for return shipping. I accepted that offer, and the new monitor does work well. There is some slight discoloration, but I can accept that, since it is, after all, a used monitor. However, if I had to do it over again, I would instead has spent the extra money and gotten a new monitor instead.

Shipping was prompt. Although the monitor was stated to be in "grade A" condition the case of the monitor had some seroius scatches and nicks (although the screen was complete unscratched or damage). Overall experience was decent, although I was a little disappointed in the condition of the chassis.

I order a Sont 21" Trinitron. Model CPD-5410. Sun branded. Great price. Fast shipping. Monitor picture/quality is great. Top left of the monitor case/housing is messed up. Might have been melted or something dropped on it. Damage not significant and does not affect the monitor's picture but it would have been nice to know about the defect before I purchased. I am keeping the monitor. 1 year warranty is a plus.  
On the down side, every time I called th company for any reason, an answering machince picked up. I called to confirm that 1 year warranty was official. I called to check on certain specifications of the monitor. I called to see what the packaging method was. No one ever answered.  
They do some very nice expanding liquid foam packaging.  
Over all, a pretty good experience but not the best. The price more than made up for any other issues though. $290 shipped.

GREAT company!Ordered a refurbished 21 inch Grade A monitor. Very easy to order, shipping was FAST! Ordered on a sunday and got the package on wednesday the next week! Got the cables with the monitor, everything was packed great and securely. The monitor was definitely Grade A. Except for a little black mark on the side, i saw no scratches or anything! The prices were excellent, except for high shipping costs. Over this company is great! I recommend them to anyone who wants to buy great monitors for cheap!

I purchased a 21" monitor from Merkortech. A P260. I noticed it had problems so 4 months later I asked them to replace it.

I bought two grade A 21" monitors, and am very happy. I got an HP P1110 for my wife (mostly a desktop user), and a Sony CPD-G500 for myself (mostly for gaming and home office work). Both arrived on the same day, only eight days after ordering. Packaging was nice, all cables included, and the monitors were in good shape. There are some minor dings in the cases, but I expected that. There's a crack in the base of my Sony, but I just turned that to the back since the tube is in excellent shape.

Very easy transaction. I purchased a Dell P1130 21" flat screen monitor, arrived within 3 days in perfect condition. Everything went very smoothly and now I'm the proud owner of an awesome monitor. Excellent price (shipping was a bit high, though). Very satisfied.

Quality used monitors. Mine was fresh off a one year lease with a company, with minimal usage apparently. I received mine and there's nothing wrong with it, as was stated on their site. It is a 21" Trinitron Flatscreen monitor, well worth the $269 I payed for it.

Placed an order for a grade A, Sun 21" X7136A monitor of Thursday 3:00 pm, arrived Saturday 2:00 pm, delivery in 47 hours! Even from Ohio to Maryland I thought it would be another few day. Packaging was good the monitor looks great, no screen scratches or dead pixels. The case is clean and in excellent condition. Couldn't be happier, the same monitor goes for $1000 new and over $600 reconditioned at many other places. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recomend them. I have many hours on the monitor already and it has been solid, now as long and it stays that way i'll be very happy.

I ordered a 21" IBM flatscreen monitor from this company and it was on my doorstep in 6 days. There are no detectable scratches or scuffs, all of the cables were bagged with caps over the connectors, and the packaging was great. I used to set up brand new office computers and this monitor's condition and packaging is comparable. Great price. So far so good!

Product was shipped the day after I ordered it. Arrived promptly. Was securely packaged. The ad said it was in "nearly new condition, with no scratches on screen", product was in almost new condition with no scratches, all cables were included. Highly reccommend.

Iordered a P260 that was kinda fuzzy. When I called back to request a return, I received help immediately and they shipped me another P260. The customer service rep told me he would personally check this monitor he was sending out to make sure it was good. Sure enough, it just got here and looks great!

I purchased a Grade "B" Sony G500 21" Monitor on Feb 27th. Recieved it in a flash, on the second day. Packing was great, but the problem was, when I turned it on, it had a huge screen burn coming from the right bottom corner and going towards the top left corner, covering about 50% of the screen area. I was upset because I really didn't expect such a huge technical damage. It was more like a "C" grade screen.  
 
So, I contacted Merkor by phone. The first time I didn't really get much help from the first rep. But, after I spoke with Albert Arustamyan, I immidiately received great assistance and got the problems resolved. He seems like a great person and employee, who's very helpful and understanding. I had a new monitor shipped to me in a few days,which was almost flawless, and I shipped the original one back. They also took care of the shipping for me.  
 
Overall, I had a great expirience with MerkorTech.com, with only a slight problem that was resolved very quickly. Awesome product, unbeatable prices and terrific customer support! Highly recommend. A+
