Best price anywhere on an EVGA GTX 275 graphics card. Order process was as trouble-free as any online retailer. Ordered it, got an email confirming order, got an email confirming shipment about 2 hours later with Fedex tracking, got board 2 days later (would have actually come the next day, but Fedex missed their estimated delivery date.)  
 
What could be better? Would definitely order from these guys again.

I had the pleasure of living near a Microcenter store for the last 8 years. Sometimes you just want a simple device at the best price and you don't want to wait. Unlike "worst buy", they are sure to have a $10 wifi adapter or 20 foot video cable for less than arm+leg. I used their 18 minute pickup service without a hitch. One time, when "Ultra" tried to ultra-screw me on a rebate (despite picture proof!) (note: avoid them at all costs), Microcenter was willing to give me store credit equal to the rebate. I haven't had to have anything shipped to me yet, but I wouldn't hesitate knowing that there is always a brick and mortar to fall back to. I love the internet, but in a place where stores can come and go in the night, this won't be one of them.

I was surprised to see Micro Centers rating so low when I looked it up. I don't recall ordering anything form them online, but I do shop in the store a lot. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly, and they have prices on some things that are way less than anywhere else, like flat screen mounts.  
 
I have also returned my fair share of items to the store, just because they didn't fit my needs, and I have never gotten any kind of hassle or charge for doing so. A few years ago I went there looking for an LCD HD TV, and the deal they had was so good I bought a second one that I really didn't need. They were $2000 TV's that had almost $900 worth of discounts and rebates on them.  
 
I have always been very pleased with them, and they are absolutely the best place to go for computer stuff now that CompUSA is gone. Maybe they are different in different locations or online, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

While we've only had a couple small online orders with Micro Center so far, we have no complaints at all.  
 
We fully intend to purchase again from Micro Center; and if they had a location closer to us, we'd be a customer there, too.  
 
One of our orders was backordered, but the order was still filled and shipped within a day or so.  

Microcenter has a pretty bad rating, but I have ordered three times recently -- once in November, once in December, and once in January 09 -- and have had NO problems. All orders went very smoothly, items were packaged properly, and the shipments arrived in a reasonable time.  
 
Don't know what else to say, but I plan to order more in the future.

The majority of complaints about this company seems to involve back order products. Microcenter clearly states that an item is on back order, and you should expect delays.  
I contacted them through live chat(which every website should have), and they told me that the item i wanted was on back order. I was in no hurry for this item, so I went ahead and purchased it on july 31st. on august 1st, i got an email telling me my item was shipped.  
It arrived on the 5th and was new in package.  
If I was looking for good prices and didn't need it in a week, i would buy from them again.

Ordered a CPU very late on Tuesday. Got it Thursday. Can't ask for any better than that!  
 
Good price on the CPU too even with taxes and shipping.

WHAT A BLESSING! After finding a 58" Panasonic plasma TV priced online, I called the Chicago store where they had only an open box item which they sold to me at substantial discount. I spent less than 10 minutes in the store from my arrival to the time I drove away after several individuals helped me load my bulky purchase. I saved over $2,000 over C#@#$%t C**&y and B@$& B#Y!

Product received better than ordered. I ordered an OEM c2d Quad 9450 from Micro Center online for 299.99 but ordered TWO by accident. I used the live help feature off of their webside about 5 minutes after my order, and the corrected my order and had it delivered exactly as I had intended to order it. Great work and great customer service.  

Bought an HD3870 since they had a rebate going on for it. No problems with my order. This was my first time ordering from them online since I usually just go to their B&M store when I'm around UCI. No problems there either.

We purchased an Intel Q6600 (G0 stepping) at Micro Center via their $199 + tax deal, the absolute best deal we'd seen on these processors at the time. Transaction went smoothly, and the only complaint I could offer is that the deal is in-store only. Thanks MC!

Ordered a Vista Ultimate DVD from them on a Sunday. I got a confirmation email promptly and an item shipped email on Monday. Item received in perfect condition on Tuesday at around 2pm. Sticker on OS was for $220 but only paid $170 including shipping and state sales tax. Great prices and prompt delivery equals a return customer!

i recently ordered the CM 690 case which was on sale for $ 19.99 after MIR plus shipping. The item wasshipped promptly and I am very happy. now I just need to gettherebate.

Excellent store, any issues with rebates have been resolved quickly by contacting Microcenter directly instead of the third party rebate center. I've spent over $5000 here in the last 3 years including over $1000 on Black Friday and would do it again with no issues.

I purchased a Intel D975XBX2KR (Bad Axe 2). Online said "ships in 5-7 days", but it was the lowest price around so I ordered it from Micro Center. I was surprised when the next day, I received email that it shipped. I ended up receiving the motherboard in 3 days. It was the retail box, still factory sealed (with a Intel holographic sticker on it.) All in all, I was very impressed with the turn around time. The only downside is that they charge tax in IL. Shipping was reasonable at $6.
