They had the cheapest price by far on an Antec case I wanted, saw the ratings/comments on this site so I planned ahead and ordered 1 month b4 my other parts for new pc would arrive. Case arrived in 2 weeks, love it. Moral of story? If you want to save afew extra bucks, plan ahead if you need a product from these sites that take longer to ship.

Just wanted to say Im really pleased w/ the efficiency of the order/shipping process. I placed an order for a MOMO racing wheel on Sunday afternoon. Called the company on Tuesday at noon and told them I needed the wheel by that Friday for Valentine's Day and they made sure I received it on Thursday morning!!!!! I ordered a black monitor and it came as I ordered it and in good condition. The picture onthe box was of a white monitor so I called them and they offered to replace it right away if it wasnt the right one, but upon opening i saw they had shipped the correct item.

I had a great experience working with the Tech Savings customer reps. I felt that their invoice status email status system was great. I knew what was happening with my order at all times. I would gladly do business with Tech Savings again should the need arise.

my little brother got a 'new' computer for christmas, but it only had an 8mb video card in it. so i went to best buy, where they had a 32 meg card advertised for $50 bucks minus a $ mail in rebate. best buy was totally out. I wanted him to have the thing before new years, as i had to get going and he didnt know how to install it. i found techsavings on pricewatch, and gave them a call, because ocala is only about an hour away from me. it took a little while to get a rep on the phone, and he informed me that they didnt have a retail store, but they could upgrade the shipping and have it for me at my door the next day. the kid i talked to even found me a 64 meg card for less than the 32meg card i had been looking at. their express shipping rates are very cheap compared to some other sites i looked at - after shipping, it came to just shy of $60 bucks, which is what i would have paid for a 32meg card at a local store. I got kinda worried the next day when fedex hadn't been there by 4:00, but I ran to the store for pizza, and the card was waiting when i got back. I installed it, it worked perfectly, and my mom says she hasn't pulled him off of warcraft since. I was really impressed with the service, although i can see how if there had been a problem, a 20 minutes wait on the phone would get aggrivating. all in all, a very good experience. will try them again in the future, should i ever need something in a hurry. would love to see them open up a retail storefront, though.

I am very pleased with this seller. I bought the Logitech Z-560 speakers and within three days UPS was knocking on my door with the speakers.

I had checked price's & this company had the best price & shipping was stated up front & it was very reasonable.I wanted a digtal camera for my daughter for Christmas who live's in Texas. I saved over a hundred dollar's ordering from this company for what one would have cost me here in Oregon at a discount store.I read the comment's on this company as I did other company's & with their price & good feed back I decided to order though I truthly didn't want to order over the web, but they said they were secure.  
As soon as I had ordered I received a very nice e-mail stating all information & invoice #.On 12-3-o2 I received a very nice e-mail stating since the billing address was differant than shipping I needed to call my credit card company to verfy that this was what I wanted they said they were sorry for having to do this but was for my safty.I really appericated this.On 12-4-02 I called the credit card co. got that taken care of then called TechSaving's talked to a super nice & helpfull lady told her & on Friday 12-6-02 my daughter had her camera!!!! I also received a e-mail stating the product had been sent & they also sent me all the UPS shipping information. After reading all the bad posts here, I was somewhat hesitant to order. However, their price on the speakers (Altec 251) was almost $10 less than everyone else. I placed the order on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and received the item exactly one week later. The items were as advertised (new in box) and work flawlessly. I'm not sure if I was lucky or not, but I'm very happy with my purchase. Your mileage may vary...

bought Logitech Z-640 speakers

This is my second purchase. Good, Better, and the Best. I needed a motherboard and quick, but I needed a board with SCSI, not something at the local BestBuy. I called them and Karen made a suggestion. I took her advise and boy was I glad. The one I was looking at before I called only had one SCSI channel, but she found one with two and for only $3 more :) Thanks Karen. Wee needless to say, I am happy with the purchase and the service I received.

Ordered a speaker system and Antec case from them, both heavy items. I received discounted shipping and the price was $30 to $70 less than the competitors. They arrived in two shipments, 4 and 7 days after my original order (I used ground shipping). I am extremely happy with my shopping experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.  
 
Another poster mentioned their relationship with EMS Computing. I agree, the content looks awfully suspicious, and there does seem to be something there. However, they are not exactly the same. For example, the Antec PLUS1080AMG case I bought was $96 at TechSavings and $135 at EMS Computing. It may be that TechSavings is an attempt to lose their bad reputation. If so, they are off to a good start as far as I'm concerned.

Product Arrived very Fast, as advertized in perfect condition. When the shipping notification arrived to my email address (which is always up) the UPS driver was ringing my doorbell with the package! Gives me chills to think about it... I give Tech Savings 5 smileys :) :) :) :) :)

Good place to order from. Ordered Antec case, arrived as scheduled, no problems at all.

I ordered a Linksys BefSX41 Firewall/Router from Techsavings on 05/12/03. My credit card was billed on the 13th. I became concerned when Friday May 16 my order was still "Processing". I became even more alarmed when I did not find a customer service # and my e-mail sent at 7am was not replied to by 3pm. I found some additional phone numbers on BBB's website under their other company name (they have 3) lowestpricetech.com / emscomputing.com. To my amazement, Someone answered the phone. They assured me that it would be shipped that day, tracking #'s on Sat. or Mon. Still nothing monday. I called again - no answer. Tried another # (companies buy a block of #'s for phone ext. - ie. -1701, -1702 ect.) Lady said it was sent to warehouse for picking. Finally Got Product on Wednesday May 21st.  
Great price, poor customer service (unless you discover their phone #'s), slow to ship. Additional note, My product came from IngramMicro in millington, TN - it appears that this co. doesn't have any stock, they are a "solution provider" for other co's.  
Also, it appears that the address on website is for MailBoxes Ect.

Bought an ANTEC 1080 case and power supply from them, said they had over 700 in stock. Took forever to them to process order and I got my tracking number the day I recieved my package. Good price, sketchy transactions.
