My second time to place an order with this company and they are very good. Ordered product on Wednesday and I had my item on Saturday. Great company.

I ordered twice within a 2 week period from this company. I received order confirmations & the products arrived in less than a week. I received the wrong product on the 2nd order. I sent an e-mail to customer service which was responded to wothin 24 hours instructing me to call them. They rep I spoke to handled my problem promptly & shipped out the correct product immediately & included an RMA to send back the wrong item upon receiving the correct one. I'm satisfied their products & customer service & plan to use them for future purchases.

Excellent prices on generic inkjet cartridges. Extremely fast shipment and delivery via USPS Priorty Mail. I have place many orders with this company and will continue to do so.

Smooth transaction, with email notifications confirming the order placed and shipment. I ordered twice from them. The first order went perfectly. In the second one, I didn't receive the confirmation within 24 hours, so I emailed them and got a prompt reply. Soon after the confirmation email followed, along with a shipment notice.  
 
I received all items on time, just as was with my previous order. However, I found two of the black ink cartridge boxes cut (by what seems to be a box cutter). The cut in one of them did not reach the cartridge itself, but the other one cut the sealed wrap and thus probably compromised the cartridge functionality. I didn't find much point in shipping it back because the cost of delivery is about the cost of the cartridge itself. I just sent them an email informing them about this. Never got a reply. I guess I wasn't clear about whether I expect a reply.

I ordered a combo package of a Color inkjet refill kit and Black inkjet refill kit for my Lexmark X83 printer. It cost $23, and I got $5 off using a discount code. The products arived within 3 business days, and worked very well. Refilling was easy, and the quality seems very good. I saved about $50 over the price of new cartridges! My only negative comment is that they used USPS to ship the package, which doesn't allow order tracking. Beyond that, I've had an excellent experience and will definately order again.

1-18 now 11 days later they have shipped the item even after 1-phone call and 2 emails cancelling order-I will keep you updated on the return saga as it unfolds-doing business as LDProducts

Very good prices.  
Product arrived seven days after ordering. Very good considering it was during the CHristmas shipping season.
