Smooth transaction, with email notifications confirming the order placed and shipment. I ordered twice from them. The first order went perfectly. In the second one, I didn't receive the confirmation within 24 hours, so I emailed them and got a prompt reply. Soon after the confirmation email followed, along with a shipment notice.
I received all items on time, just as was with my previous order. However, I found two of the black ink cartridge boxes cut (by what seems to be a box cutter). The cut in one of them did not reach the cartridge itself, but the other one cut the sealed wrap and thus probably compromised the cartridge functionality. I didn't find much point in shipping it back because the cost of delivery is about the cost of the cartridge itself. I just sent them an email informing them about this. Never got a reply. I guess I wasn't clear about whether I expect a reply.
