I ordered an ink cartridge from 4inkjets.com and it wouldn't work, so I called them and they were extremely helpful. They couldn't get it working so they promptly sent out another one. I would definitely do business with them again. Great service!!!

I'm always leery about using generic ink, but I figured I'd give it a try. Ordered ink for my Epson 960 and toner cart. for my Lexmark Optra 310. They were all than other places I usually buy from, especially the toner cart.  
 
They all fit and work well...no problems.  
 
They shipped within hours of my placing my order and arrived before the promised date and in good condition and well packaged.  
 
It was a tad confusing ordering from 4inkjets and dealing with LD but not a problem  
 
Definitely will buy from them again.

I was a little leary about ordering ink from one of these online dealers--the ratings on many of them were not very good. As it was, the ratings on 4inkjets.com seemed much better than most, as did their prices, so I went ahead in August of 2006 and ordered one cartridge for my HP 722c, for 11 bucks, which normally would cost around 25 dollars. It came in a timely manner, and the ink didn't seem to run short any sooner than the HP cartridges did. I was so satisfied, that a couple of weeks ago, I ordered three cartridges for $36.43 (I was used to paying office max $50 for two). These cartridges came only a few days after I ordered. I would heartily recommend 4inkjets to anyone who is considering buying cheaper cartridges online.

I haven't actually USED the toner I ordered from 4inkjets, but I was disappointed to discover that the 3 to 4 days estimate for shipping doesn't mean anything. Although there was nothing on the site or in the confirmation email to indicate the product was not in stock, I checked my account when it hadn't arrived in a week and found it described as "backordered." (It still didn't say anything on the page advertising the toner; apparently you only find that an item's not in stock if you search for it.) The toner finally arrived today, 18 days after I placed the order. I hope it's good. The price was right, and if it had arrived in a reasonable amount of time I'd have been very happy.

Very easy to deal with. Item was shipped promptly and received quickly. No complaints. Will shop again.

I was looking forward to a long term relationship with 4inkjets.com. When we find a good website we stick with it for all of our purchases, even if they are a little more expensive than others.  
 
Unfortunately, I was very dissappointed by the level of service received. I was given a tracking number to track my order via usps and for 2 days it showed "Electronic Information Received" and IC alled 4inkjets and let them know this. They said it only shows that and when the item is delivered when you track with USPS. Well, it's day 5 and it showed 2 scans this morning, one for "Arrival At Unit" and one for "Delivered", so I guess they were incorrect about it. But the arrogant CSR seemed very confident they were right.  
 
So I ordered on Monday in the morning and it's not Friday and I have no package, also, I live less than a mile from their facility. Their CSRs seem unwilling to take that extra step and actually help, but would rather give you the canned responses. I had high hopes for 4inkjets, oh well.

They provided the ink at a great price with extremely fast service. Came packed well and sooner than expected. The budget ink seems to work so far, but misses lines at low quality (fixed by upping the printing quality). This isn't really their problem, however, as I could have bought the normal, certified ink, but I chose to save some money.  
 
Very easy to use and good e-mails.  
 
Will order ink from them again.

I bought 4 ink cartridges for my Canon Pixma 5000. The ink spilled inside the printer after using it for a couple of weeks!!!! The ink they sell does not even compare to real canon ink!!! Do your self a favor and buy at known dealers. Also look in the internet for information about the dangers of using cheap ink.

Very satisfied. Easy order very good price and fast delivery.  
Will shop here again.

These guys did a solid job, from the ease of ordering to the fair shipping/handling charge. Didn't have to contact support--my order for a couple of Dell 720 printer refill kits was perfect, and high-quality Inktec as advertised. Full-color packing slip is a nice touch--this appears to be a real-deal operation that setup a website, not a couple of high school kids in a garage.  
 
Way to go! I'll be back to quench my printer's thirst.

Good price, easy order system, good del'y time.  

Placed an order on 10/22/04 and ink was received on 10/25/04 US Priority Mail. While I've seen better prices it still beats buying ink at retail.

I was looking for some ink for my epson c60 and came across their site. They were 75% cheaper than other stores around town and shipped it to me in 3 days! Definately will buy from them again.

Ordered two blacks, and a set of color ink for my Epson CX5400.  
 
The ink was 66% less than what epson was selling their ink for.  
 
Printing is fine, but the black cartidge didn't fit as snudge as the original. However, it prints fine.  
 
They sent an email after ordering, and I got a email confirming the order.
