I will never buy another product from 4inkjets again. I purchased a toner cartridge for a Dell 1100 laser printer from them. The new 4injets cartridge printed significantly lighter then the old (Dell) cartridge I replaced. There is no comparison in the print quality. The OEM cartridge is much better. Don't waste your money on a 4inkjets cartridge.

BEWARE! It is cheaper to pay the exorbitant Canon prices for ink than to buy from 4inkjets. In my last $50 order from 4inkjets for ink tanks for my Canon PIXMA MP780, over half of the cartridges were no-name cartridges made in China (of course) in blue, green, & white boxes. Almost all of these cartridges leaked excessively when I opened them up even though I was careful to not squeeze the flat sides during the process. In the last 6 months, I have had to replace the print head in my printer twice (over $60 each time), and I believe this was because of excessive ink running into the print head from these defective cartridges. Several times, in replacing the cartridges, as I was starting to install them in the printer, the ink would suddenly start running out of the cartridge all over my printer, desk, & the waxed hardwood floor creating indelible spots that won't come out. So much ink runs out that the cartridges sometimes last only a few days before running dry even though I average printing only 3 or 4 pages a day. Today when I replaced a cartridge, I soaked up the ink pouring out of it with tissue paper until I thought it had quit leaking. In less than an hour my printer quit printing that color and still would not print it after repeated cleaning. When I removed the print head and tilted it to examine it, ink of that color poured out all over my desk and floor. 4inkjets refused to make a meaningful adjustment, offering only to replace the cartridges if I returned the cartridges to them, both the unused cartridges & the used (which I had thrown away).

Never receive the package. Though it might be USPS fault. Contacted them and they promise to resend another package out to me...of course never arrive....this is the vendor you need to avoid....

Ordered a set of replacement ink cartridges for my Epson R260. Decided to try compatible cartridges instead of Epson. Ordered a set for $70. Shipping and delivery were fine - order arrived pretty quickly through USPS.  
However, all cartridges were dry or almost dry. I figured that out pretty quickly as printer complained that the cartridges were empty as soon as I inserted them.  
 
They have a return policy. I tried to return via USPS. USPS lost track of the package ( they are not responsible for contents unless you insure ). 4inkjets claims they never received it - how convenient! In the meantime, I am out $70.  
 
Not the end of the world but I will never shop there again.

4InkJets is the worst online vendor I have ever dealt with. My order never arrived yet tracking shows it was delivered (I never received the product and it's been weeks). After first contacting 4InkJets by email they replied and told me to call customer service. I call customer service and they refuse to refund me or resend my order. The customer service rep yelled at me and put me on hold mid sentence...and assured me that they did not care about their service or returning customers. He told me too bad, to have the post office run an investigation. For an ink cartridge this is just too much hassle, this is a horrible company, never buy from them. They took my money yet I never received the product and to make it worse I was treated badly.

I was looking forward to a long term relationship with 4inkjets.com. When we find a good website we stick with it for all of our purchases, even if they are a little more expensive than others.  
 
Unfortunately, I was very dissappointed by the level of service received. I was given a tracking number to track my order via usps and for 2 days it showed "Electronic Information Received" and IC alled 4inkjets and let them know this. They said it only shows that and when the item is delivered when you track with USPS. Well, it's day 5 and it showed 2 scans this morning, one for "Arrival At Unit" and one for "Delivered", so I guess they were incorrect about it. But the arrogant CSR seemed very confident they were right.  
 
So I ordered on Monday in the morning and it's not Friday and I have no package, also, I live less than a mile from their facility. Their CSRs seem unwilling to take that extra step and actually help, but would rather give you the canned responses. I had high hopes for 4inkjets, oh well.

I bought 4 ink cartridges for my Canon Pixma 5000. The ink spilled inside the printer after using it for a couple of weeks!!!! The ink they sell does not even compare to real canon ink!!! Do your self a favor and buy at known dealers. Also look in the internet for information about the dangers of using cheap ink.

1-18 now 11 days later they have shipped the item even after 1-phone call and 2 emails cancelling order-I will keep you updated on the return saga as it unfolds-doing business as LDProducts

I haven't actually USED the toner I ordered from 4inkjets, but I was disappointed to discover that the 3 to 4 days estimate for shipping doesn't mean anything. Although there was nothing on the site or in the confirmation email to indicate the product was not in stock, I checked my account when it hadn't arrived in a week and found it described as "backordered." (It still didn't say anything on the page advertising the toner; apparently you only find that an item's not in stock if you search for it.) The toner finally arrived today, 18 days after I placed the order. I hope it's good. The price was right, and if it had arrived in a reasonable amount of time I'd have been very happy.

Cartridges arrived in fine condition. Shipping was speedy. But be forewarned, they will SELL your email address to spammers, which is a blatant violation of their Privacy Policy. (I verified this by setting up a special email address for only this vendor.)

Smooth transaction, with email notifications confirming the order placed and shipment. I ordered twice from them. The first order went perfectly. In the second one, I didn't receive the confirmation within 24 hours, so I emailed them and got a prompt reply. Soon after the confirmation email followed, along with a shipment notice.  
 
I received all items on time, just as was with my previous order. However, I found two of the black ink cartridge boxes cut (by what seems to be a box cutter). The cut in one of them did not reach the cartridge itself, but the other one cut the sealed wrap and thus probably compromised the cartridge functionality. I didn't find much point in shipping it back because the cost of delivery is about the cost of the cartridge itself. I just sent them an email informing them about this. Never got a reply. I guess I wasn't clear about whether I expect a reply.

The EPSON T007201 compatible ink cartridge they sent wasn't recognized by my printer (bad chip) and couldn't be installed.  
 
I called late in the day, they sent a replacement out that day by Priority Mail with tracking, I had it in 3 days, and it worked!  
 
Excellent customer service! I have used them before several times with the same great results!

Great prices on generic ink cartridges. Free shipping for orders over $50 (sales tax for CA though). Order shipped next day and received 4 days later. Cartridges work great, identical to OEM or possibly even better at a fraction of the cost. Look for coupons to make the deals even better.

Color laser cartridges were easy to find and attractively priced. They were clearly labeled as compatible (not OEM) and shipping cost was explicit (free over some order total). One of three cartridges arrived leaking toner and 4inkjets customer service was prompt and courteous. They sent a replacement in days with a return label for the defective cartridge.  
 
There are dodgy operators in the discount cartridge business, but 4injets is reliable and sells quality products.
