Samy's provided excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff to assist me with my first order from them. The company had to obtain items from one of its branch stores to complete my order, and Samy's upgraded the shipping (at their expense) in order to meet their agreed to delivery date! When I contacted them after delivery to inquire about a more recent rebate form, the company promptly faxed me the current form that I needed. Competent, attentive service both before and after the sale! (Thanks Michelle!)  
Since the initial purchase, I've made another, and Samy's Customer Service came through for me. I paid extra for UPS 2-day delivery. UPS didn't do their job, and I had to ask Samy's Customer Service to request a refund on my behalf. They did so within just a day or 2, and got my shipping charges refunded!

Samy's is one of the best camera companies I've dealt with. I've only used them online, but email communication was outstanding. The lens I ordered was out of stock, but I was kept informed and when the item actually shipped, Samy's gave me a free shipping upgrade! Pricing was competitive and the only knock I have is that they're on the west coast, so it takes a while to get to Georgia using standard shipping. I keep Samy's on my short list of reliable camera dealers.

Very nice people. Easy to talk to. Will check status of order immediately. Pricing is competitive. Shipping charges are low. Very fast delivery if you live in the Northwest area.

I have ordered, via phone, twice from Samy's this year and have had excellent service both times. In both cases the order was correct, delivered on time (quickly) and no customer service or after sales support was needed.

Excellent experience. The order taken at 1pm (CST) for overnite package arrived next day 4 pm. The contents were camera, lens, case,cf card. Shipping was basically free the camera was discounted an extra $50.00 to cover shipping cost. All items in factory sealed containers. Folks at Samy's were helpful and when asked questions warm. No addition high pressure selling. Told them the wants and they gave me the price. The prices are in line with other non-risk venders. Hey a piece of mind is worth something.

This is about the 5th order from these guys, and I WILL keep coming back. They are great and professional and courteous and accurate and wonderful to deal with. Especially Howard...  
I have used B and H, who is very good also, but these guys, comparable to B and H in price, are tops on everything else, way over B and H. Samy's really cares about the customer and gives great advice and does not try to stick you with some high dollar thing that you would not use. This is the best Photographic equipment Store I have ever seen, bar NONE...t

Great company. Always did as they said they would and whatever I asked. On a backordered item, they suggested I look elsewhere if I was in a hurry and then called to see if I had found my item when there's had come in. Howard is the best, nicest sales person I've every encountered.

I will definitely order from Samy's again. The order was perfect, there was no substitution of cheap knockoffs and I got exactly what I ordered and expected in an incredibly fast period of time.

Ordered on friday, delivered on Wednesday. Price was same as B&H without shipping. Saved the price of shipping by ordering from Samy's in California. US warranty, not grey market. Only thing negative is they did not mention the no return,all sales final policy. Otherwise I was satisfied with thepurchase.

I placed my order on Friday and everything arrived as expected on Monday morning! Fast turnaround, friendly sales staff. I'll shop here again.
