I ordered from this company based on the 2 reviews posted here and the great prices on the net. I even called them to make sure it was correct. I placed my order on the 4th of October and it has been in a pending status since. I've sent 2 emails inquiring as to why it is still pending with no response. I will update this when things are resolved or not.

I ordered some networking stuff from them and they had great prices and quick shipping once the product came in a couple days later. I would recommend them to anyone. Great customer service also.

This was the first time I noticed MStar on Pricewatch, and I thought I would give them a try as they had the cheapest prices on CPU's and memory at the time. Although it took two days for my order to ship out, my order arrived in a timely manner, packaged well, and the contents were correct. Since it did take two days to ship out, I called to make sure that I had not gambled on a bad business. Someone promptly answered the phone, looked up my order, and advised me it was leaving that day and he even gave me a tracking number. I will definitely do business here again and I recommend the same to all.
