3btech processed my order promptly, but my product was defective and now I have lost very important information that they say can't be saved, which disappoints me greatly.

I have normally been very happy with the service I have recieved from 3btech but they dropped the ball on this item since it has been 8 days and it still has not arrived.I will continue to do business with them since shipping times are not their fault.

Order did take longer then normal to ship, Ive ordered from 3B Tech before and continue to pick them first to any other website. Local company, within the state, most of the time ships next day and good hard to find computer parts.

Best source I have found for replacement Hard Drives.

Have not yet had chance to try out hard drive, but appears to be exactly as described, arrived very quickly and appears to be in very good condition.

The cd,s I recieved were loose in the box . I hope they were not damaged in the mail . I had lots of fun trying to restack them .

I found the prices at 3b tech to be on par with other sites and beating others. The close location is a bonus.

Recently I ordered a network card from 3B Tech. I immediately received an email from them advising me the card was out of stock. Then a phone call from them letting me know my money had been deposited back into my account. I like their way of doing business! I will be back!

Prompt! Helpful! They even sent a replacement motherboard, even though the one I RMA'ed (at 3BTech suggestion)tested ok. Found that my CPU was defective. I am sure the original MB was fine. I recommended 3BTech to others, and they are pleased as well.

Ordering went smoothly, items arrived within the expected time for UPS ground.  
The modem/router I ordered came on ok, but the setup missed some important parameters. I called 3btech t/s, they weren't able to help. Zyxel t/s said to call the ISP. You can't get info out of the phone company! I did find out info that finally got it working on dslreports.com.  
The motherboard looked fine, came with CD, but I haven't had time to test it.
