Product arrived in good shape. I was impressed with the care taken for the packing. So far, everything is working. I've had problems with some stuff from 3BTech but no more than any other company.

I usually just order a small piece or two, but this time I got enough to assemble an entire machine. The shopping cart needs an update to include things like power cords and VGA cables - in my opinion... but their service is second to none. Due to my living in the same state, most everything arrives practically overnight even with the free ground shipping (though it takes several days for them to build a whole machine).  
 
Love the store, love the prices.

I have ordered from 3btech for years and have been satisfied with a very quick response time on small orders. This order took a week because the motherboard combo needed testing. However within a few weeks both hard drives reported failure & had to be returned for replacements. I am unsure now, whether to keep trusting them.

Shipping was very prompt and the packaging was very protective of the contents. I thought I needed to talk to their Tech Support and did not wait more than a couple of minutes for the tech to answer. The motherboard itself was in very good condition and had all the stated accessories. Overall, I am pleased with the product and service.
