I have purchased parts from 3B Tech since 2003-04. I have never had a problem with any part of the transaction. I am very pleased with the price of the products, as well as the speed of shipping the order. I usually receive my items in 3-4 days. Sometimes I receive them even sooner. I will continue to purchase all my items from this company. There is no competition. 3B Tech is the best!
Device was packed in bubble wrap, then in Tyvek, box filled with foam popcorn. Arrived in fine shape in just a few days. Of course, exactly what I ordered.
Order came in good time. Had an issue with the memory but the RMA process was simple and efficient. Everything else was very reasonable and worked great. I will order from them in the future.
Exactly what I ordered. Paid for UPS shipping yet it didn't arrive any faster than if it had been shipped via US mail. That was the only disappointment. Do feel like I wasted the shipping fees.
Good products, hard dr. still old manufacture. date,,but they work real good. cd/rws work great and look perfect.. still wouldn't touch a as-rock mother board..junk. i still love the free shipping, am ordering more from them, easy to price with shipping.

Ordered a motherboard from them and I am very pleased to have it arrive within 2-3 days of ordering. I was surprised that the MoBo came with a driver CD burnt from them. Drivers are found online but I liked that they took the time to make one. I would most definitely shop again from them. Very pleased
3btech processed my order promptly, but my product was defective and now I have lost very important information that they say can't be saved, which disappoints me greatly.
