Ordered a system without OS.
Took three days to load OS and got "blue screen of Death". NO manuals for motherboard. Sent it back to 3Btech at my expense. Their response was they was no problem with it but they rearranged the memory strips and turn the card reader right side up. The front cover was broken in return transit. They failed to put packing around computer in internal box. Sent me a new case so I must install everything my self, what I paid them to do because I got tired of it. Vista now loaded and working but LAN hardware on motherboard will not recognize or find my home network, wear as my other 5 computers do so, without any problems. After 2 hours on line with tech support they said they could not fix it and it was my problem as they felt the hardware was working. I have now taken it to a local shop for repairs, again at my expense. For the addition $100.00 it cost me I could have built a much better system myself. I will never buy a system from them again. A good thing was they did spent at least 4 hours on the phone and replaced the case when they broke it. They did pay for shipping on the return trip to me and for the shipping on the new case. I also will never buy Intel CPU or ASUS motherboard again.
