I had problems with the Asus motherboard I purchased. It would not work at all in my computer case. I tried swapping processors and still nothing. The part I hated the most was paying almost $25 dollars to get the motherboard sent back for testing. No one sent me any emails telling me what was going on with the motherboard and I had to finally call customer service to get some information. The representatives in the customer service and technical support departments were very nice and helpful. I hope my problems are resolved when I get my motherboard back, because if not, I'm going to ask for a refund.

I purchased a refurbished socket 754 motherboard from 3btech. It came within 2 days of order and worked like a charm. I have made many purchases over the last few years and have been satisfied with all of them. Glad that they are there when I need to obtain hard to find items.

I am a first time orderer, and I have to say that I am very pleased with my first transaction with 3B Tech. I was sceptical at first but decided that I would give them a shot based upon some of the comments left by others. Shipping was extremely prompt (4 days), item was shipped in a brand new-unopened box, everything included as detailed. I would DEF. do business with them again....!

I ordered from 3btech a couples of time before and they process my order pretty fast. The price was great and the material is worth the budget. They're the only online store that I trust with my credit card but it would be nice if they can create a paypal payment in the near future.

Actually my last TWO purchases from this seller was filled with problems.  
This particular order (3btech-570561) was for 200 slim jewel cases for CDs and about 1/4 of them were BROKEN and DEMOLISHED to the point of NO REPAIR. When I contacted them, they blamed it all on UPS and I did EVENTUALLY get 20 new cases. Unfortunately, they took about a MONTH to resolve this matter. In a later order, I purchased a CPU and Motherboard Combo from them. Two problems happened with that order. One was that they sent me a back panel plate that DID NOT MATCH the back panel setup for the motherboard. OK, so I fixed that however you SHOULD NOT have to modify ANY plate that is received with ANY MOTHERBOARD as each plate is supposed to be an EXACT FIT for that particular mainboard. The other problem was that they took OVER A WEEK to get this to me when their associates report that it shouldn't EVER take more than FIVE days. Even if you figure in a weekend (which on Saturdays most still are active)  
the maximum time SHOULD be SEVEN days. From now on...I think that I'll be using a better vendor.
