For one, the 100ft ethernet cable was at a price that was unbeatable. For two, the shipping was free. I was going to buy a USED 100ft cable for more than twice the price while driving close to 30 miles for it. I sure am glad I compared online and found this!

Recieved package within 3 days. Very fast shipping. Packaging was excellent. Products were as advertised. Prices are very competitive. I would purchase from 3B Tech in the future. I am very satisfied.

First time I have ordered anything from 3btech. Harddrive was what they said. Cheaper than other sites I checked. Delivered in timely manner and so far it works great. What else can you ask for.

Really liked the free shipping (pretty fast for ground). Even though I purchased refurbished merch. I hope it will hold up.

Knowledgeable Staff able to answer product questions, default shipping method for item and availability.

Cons.  
Slow to Ship.  
Ordered product on 9/2/09 about 2pm their time.  
UPS didn't receive the package information until the following day 5:31pm EST.  
 
When you're on the pacific coast, having to wait 4 days for a package is bad enough, which isn't their fault. But when an extra day that could be avoided is added due to delays in the Whse. which is their fault.  
This is frustrating.

Great service, fast shipping, who could ask for more? Products are 1st class and I save a lot with their OEMs. One of the best around!

This was the best online shopping experience I have ever had. Free shipping, and immediate order processing. Excellent price. The order arrived in new, clean, well protected packing materials,in excellent condition before I expected it. I highly recommend 3B Tech, and commend them for outstanding service and value.

Pros: My MM3850 Beige computer case came without any damage during shipping. There were plenty of screws shipped with it and it had cable controll features that were nice although not pictured.  
Shipped in three days, two days after my order.  
 
Cons: My order did not ship the next business day like I am used to, but I was not in a hurry.  
 
Other thoughts: I would not recommend this case for dual core or higher computers if you want to keep their heat level down (Buy another one of 3btech's slightly more expensive cases). If you do buy this case you will need an 80mm and a 60mm fan.

Technical support and sales on phone were extremely helpful. Item arrived in good time, and in perfect condition. Will defiantly use 3B tech in the future.
