I love my 3B Tech computer. The truth is I liked the first one so much I bought another one from them. It came in a timely manor and was fully set up and running. They also include all the disk to your programs and drivers which is great if you ever need to reinstall the operating system. 3B Tech gets a 10 in my book.
Bought a refurbished mobo on Friday and received it the following Friday. Merchandise arrived as ordered well packed and included the rear plate and a driver disk that 3b compiled (you seldom get anything with refurbished products). I love the fact that the shipping is free regardless of the size of the order. They are definitely on my short list of stores to shop now after this first purchase.

Product arrived in a timely matter. I purchased an (off Lease) HP Small form factor PC. When I received it I was pleasantly surprised to find a fresh install of the operating system and a folder with the hardware drivers on the root drive along with a backup operating system disc. Unfortunately it was not checked out as closely as I would have liked. The unit was very clean and you can tell they take pride in there work but Once I started installing programs my LCD monitor started to get lines across it and then it would restart itself and when it restarted the lines across the monitor would appear a couple minutes later. I let he machine cool for a short time, "about 10 minutes" and restarted it. As long as there was little CPU load it would run OK!
But when loaded heavily the graphics would bug out and the pc would restart due to overheating. I was using a 20 LCD @ 1680 x 1050 resolution, so the GPU was likely seeing a little more stress than it was used to. None the less it should have been able to handle it. I removed the cover to check the fans and even put an extra fan on the GPU heat sink but it would still die. So the $180 deal turned into a little more due to return shipping. I am now waiting for a replacement. I am a tech myself so I know how things like this can get by you. All in all I think they try to give a good product at reasonable prices. I hope the replacement one works out though. I would hate to pay return shipping again. I would hope they will test the replacement under load at least for a reasonable amount of time.
The product I bought through 3B Tech was priced right and of good quality. The free shipping was a bonus. I received the part in a reasonable amount of time and was very satisfied with the transaction. I will remember 3B Tech for any future computer needs I may have.
3B Tech is a company from whom I have had only excellent service for past 3 years and great prices. I have also had telephone conversations with their service division and found them totally friendly and helpful. I commend them for great deals and knowledgable and friendly service.
I have been doing business with 3b Tech for over a year now and have found they continually provide goods and services at a fair price with free shipping when ordered on line.
