My order was shipped out very promptly. One of the three power supplies was defective and was sent back and replaced very promptly. They said they checked it and there was nothing wrong with it but would send me a new and tested one anyway. So they did go out of their way to take care of my order. I've done business with them before and they have always been very courteous and have taken care of any problems I've had so that makes them not much of a problem at all. Will definately keep doing business with them.

My order of a motherboard arrived via UPS yesterday. Insralled it today and now have my system on Windows 7 and back online. Great product and thanks for the FREE shipping. I did not have to reinstall Windows 7.

I ordered on November4, 2009 and received the order via priority mail on the 6th. One cannot complain about that.  
 
On several occasions I have bought legacy hardware from 3btech. It has always functioned properly, whether described as "new," "refurbished," or "pull." If I have a complaint, it is that the hardware has not always been precisely what is described on their page. So far that has not been an insurmountable issue.  
 
Most recently, I needed an AMD2 motherboard that would allow me to use some EIDE hard drives I had lying around. I found at 3btech a refurbished ASRock motherboard I could use and an 8400GS video card (described as new, although it came in a generic box), both for less than $50 with the free shipping. So far, all is well.
