was given a tracking number to see my shipment status at any time. The price for my item, a graphics card was competitive compared to retail pricing. Installation was quick and easy! I just followed the simple instructions that came with my Seagate FreeAgent Desktop Hard Drive and it powered right up. The on-screen menu was easy to use, although I did encounter a couple of errors while backing up my system. I managed to work through them and it appears that I was successful. The unit is very stylish and it doesn't take up much desk space.

The order was easy, at a super price and I received my order quickly. I was provided order and shipping information promptly, I will order from them again.

Notebook hard drive received exactly as described, functioning perfectly, incredibly fast free shipping. I have purchased several items from 3btech in the past and have never been disappointed.
