I ordered an item that was out of stock and they responded to me with a notice and alternative item within 12 hours. That is most helpful.

Order was processed very quick from 3btech and i received my Package within 2 days even though it was a Free shipping, i even got a 10% discount on the bill amount, the cable modem is doing very well and had all the items in the package. I'm looking for ordering more items from 3B Tech.

Excellent company. Items ordered were shipped free and delivered fast. Requested a I/O plate for the motherboard I ordered even though it was not an accessory listed and they sent one,can't ask for better service than that. Have told other people about there site and they have ordered complete systems from them.There questions and tech support lines are very helpful before you order an item.
