A nice buy on a refurbished motherboard. The board works great and it allowed me to upgrade from a Socket 754 processor to a SocketAM2 processor without changing any chipset drivers. Not only did it come with the I/O plate, but 3Btech also included a driver disk as well. Thanks guys!

Shipping was a little slow but all in all very pleased with 3b Tech and their commitment to the customer. The motherboard I ordered was out of stock and Joel worked with me for close to 30 minutes to find a replacement that offered all of what I needed, which was harder than it sounds. I will be doing business with 3b Tech again.

This was a HORRIBLE experience! I ordered a 500gb external SATA HDD from these people. I received the order initially around a week or so after I placed the order, which wasn't terrible. However, it was entirely the wrong order! It was a totally different HDD than the one that I had purchased and the size was half of what I had ordered. I immediately emailed them. I stated in my email that I would NOT pay for return shipping to ship them an item back that I didn't even order. The worst part was on the packing slip some guy had initialed in several places that he had checked the order and it was correct!! Where do they find these people?? Their advised me to view their returns policy, which states that any return shipping is paid for by the buyer. I emailed back and informed them that either they would send a return shipping label or I would be forced to open a claim for a fraudulent charge with my bank. Only then did they agree to send a return shipping label. You'll notice that the original order date was 10/15. Today, 20 days later, I finally received a hard drive back, and... YOU GUESSED IT!!! STILL THE WRONG HARD DRIVE!!! I even attached a link to the exact picture on THEIR website of the one that I ordered with my RMA form!! I've been through so much with these idiots already that since this one is at least the right size, I'm just going to keep it. However, the one I ordered looks completely different, comes with a stand (this one didn't), etc and I named all these things to them during the RMA process. I will NEVER deal with this co again and if you are smart, u shouldn't either.

The most interesting thing about my purchase was the fact that I paid almost exactly what I'd had in mind for the motherboard I wanted. The most pleasant thing about my purchase was the amount of information that was available about the item that I wanted on 3B's website - it helped me make the right decision. But the BEST thing was that it arrived as advertised and didn't take a month to get here. I will buy from 3B again; as a matter of fact I'm about to purchase a video card from them...I'll write about that experience as well.

I have to hand it to 3B Tech-great service & the best prices. I just ordered a 3.0 intel cpu and got it for 50 bucks total- that egg site wanted 80 bucks for the same cpu, plus they wanted me to pay S&H too!Thx 3B Tech!!

I received the machine, it was packed perfectly. Took the machine out of the box and plugged it in. All parts were correctly installed and configured. This was the best computer purchase that I have ever made on the internet. I will do business with 3BTech again and again. I will refer you to all the people I know who are looking into buying a new machine and will actively try to influence all those that are not. I think this is a great outfit, you get exactly what you order, in a fast manner with free shipping. There is nothing bad or even remotely bad I have to say about 3BTech.

Ordered a system without OS.  
Took three days to load OS and got "blue screen of Death". NO manuals for motherboard. Sent it back to 3Btech at my expense. Their response was they was no problem with it but they rearranged the memory strips and turn the card reader right side up. The front cover was broken in return transit. They failed to put packing around computer in internal box. Sent me a new case so I must install everything my self, what I paid them to do because I got tired of it. Vista now loaded and working but LAN hardware on motherboard will not recognize or find my home network, wear as my other 5 computers do so, without any problems. After 2 hours on line with tech support they said they could not fix it and it was my problem as they felt the hardware was working. I have now taken it to a local shop for repairs, again at my expense. For the addition $100.00 it cost me I could have built a much better system myself. I will never buy a system from them again. A good thing was they did spent at least 4 hours on the phone and replaced the case when they broke it. They did pay for shipping on the return trip to me and for the shipping on the new case. I also will never buy Intel CPU or ASUS motherboard again.
