It took them over a week to get the item I ordered in the mail. Apparently there was some mixup where their warehouse was out of the part but one of their local stores had it and the part was never transferred over like it should have been.  
 
Their automated email system never also never sent me the reciept for the purchase nor the tracking number when the item was finally mailed.  
 
Their customer service was friendly enough and was able to take care of the transfer problem when I called them after a week of no communication from them.  
 
So far the graphics card is running fine and I got it for a good price from them...just wish the part had shipped when it was supposed to and that someone had taken care of the problem without me needing to call their customer service a couple times.

Shipped quickly, products were damaged in shipment, but customer service was responsive and sent replacements as soon as they were notified of the problem. Would do business with this company again.

Everything was good. I think the website and the invoices need to be more detail. I ordered a case taking from what the site said that it was an ATX and it turned out to be Micro ATX and I cant use it. I recieved OEM Mainboad kits but I didnt notice it on the website or on the invoice. Over all I like 3btech and find them a great way to shop.

The order was delivered in a timely fashion and i  
was given a tracking number to see my shipment status at any time. The price for my item, a graphics card was competitive compared to retail pricing. Moreover, i've had no problems with the card so far. Finally, 3btech has a good rating compared to other online sellers. Thanks for a so far good experience and will buy from site in future.  

Installation was quick and easy! I just followed the simple instructions that came with my Seagate FreeAgent Desktop Hard Drive and it powered right up. The on-screen menu was easy to use, although I did encounter a couple of errors while backing up my system. I managed to work through them and it appears that I was successful. The unit is very stylish and it doesn't take up much desk space.

The order was easy, at a super price and I received my order quickly. I was provided order and shipping information promptly, I will order from them again.

Ad said Factory Recertified but nothing was rebagged and the box was partially crushed and there was several pcs of tape on the opening. It has been returned for replacement with a return label. They recieved the return today so we'll see how long it takes to rectify the situation and if they have any that work.

Notebook hard drive received exactly as described, functioning perfectly, incredibly fast free shipping. I have purchased several items from 3btech in the past and have never been disappointed. The replacement for the one item that failed within days of the warranty expiration was received less than 5 days after dropping the defective item at the post office.
