The sales staff was very easy to deal with and they called to confirm my order and make sure i was ordering what i wanted which was very helpful.  
 
There was a problem with the tracking number on the laptop, so it wasnt showing up, but after i contacted them about it they sorted everything out with UPS and i was able to track the package. It arrived on time and works great now, although i initially had a few issues with setting the wifi and video card up. I ended up having to resolve those problems myself because the Sager support staff is absolutely useless and at times down right rude. Not only did they have no idea what they were talking about, but they were giving me ridiculous "solutions" to my problems, all of which turned out to be completely wrong. However, this is not a reflection on pc torque, just a comment on the support staff of the brand they sell. By contrast their staff and support was extremely helpful.  
 
As a good example, i noticed there had been a further discount on the price right after i bought my laptop, and i called them up and they gave me a 50 dollar credit back to my card and upgraded my service plan to compensate. Its good to see companies take care of their customers!  
 
Anyways i would definitely do business with them again and would reccomend them to anyone who wants the best price on a custom laptop, and is good enough with computers to not have to rely on the Sager customer service as it is practically non-existant.

Very reliable company to do business with. Fast and accurate. They answer emails even on Sunday and stick to what they promise. Great customer service.  
The package has not arrived yet (according to UPS tracking number it will be here tomorrow) but I am 101% positive that the laptop will be delivered free of defects and assembled exactly based on my order.

The laptop I ordered came in perfect condition in vary prompt timing (only one week from time of order). The laptop was exactly as advertised. Ordering (via telephone) was quick and vary easy. I highly recomend PC torque. Also, before ordering I had a few questions and the on-line customer suport was vary frendly and knowledgable.

Incredible customer service. I ended up going through PC Torque because of their awesome prices, and ended up getting incredible treatment both pre-sale during the sale. I ended up having some billing and shipping issues, and PC Torque was more than gracious in assisting me in working everything out. I worked in customer service in a call center for auto parts, and I must say, this company exerts simply AMAZING customer service and support. Lightning fast shipping too. My laptop shipped out the day after I ordered it.

PCTORQUE gave me amazing service and quality; I had a bad experience 3 years ago with a Sager laptop I had purchased. But I decided to give it one more try since they are the most powerful gaming laptops you can find and I am glad I did. I got one heck of a machine for the money I spent. I also received excellent service when inquiring about when my machine would be shipped and it got to me a day early. Only down side is one dead pixel but it wasn’t worth it to me to spend 200$ for the guarantee. I will definitely be going back to PCTORQUE in the future.

I purchased a Sager2096 notebook from pctorque.com and I am glad that I did. They were out of the basic screen, so instead of making pay for the upgraded version, it was given to me for free. My order was processed quickly and the laptop was shipped out promptly. I had an issue with one credit card maxing and another getting denied. They were patient and courteous, waiting for me to get my finances situated. They did not charge me or delay the processing of my notebook because of it.  
I would not hesitate to shop with pctorque.com again, and I will be recommending them to all my friends in the market for notebooks.

PC Torque did a great job of keeping me posted on every extra purchase that needed to be made. Also, I was glad to know that they work with you to decide the best shipping options as well.

PCTORQUE WAS GREAT IN HELPING ME ORDER MY NOTEBOOK. ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS RIGHT AWAY AND SHIPPING WAS FAST AND PACKAGED WELL. I WILL DEFFINETLY SHOP WITH PCTORQUE IN THE FUTURE AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

The laptop I purchased is an awesome and fast laptop. I had a sony vaio, but I changed my laptop to a PC Torque and I am extreamly happy. The speed is more than doubled, the battery life is amazing, the laptop is light and it looks awesome.

Customer service great. They were very proactive and understanding. Cool idea to have many types of payment methods. The delivery of my Sager 5791 was within the allocated time-frame. Co-workers today, all saw my new laptop.

Purchasing a Sager NP2090 as my first laptop is one of my greatest investment and enjoyment. But choosing PC torgue is one of my most satisfied oneline shopping experience due to their professional and fast service to e-mail or phone questioning before purcahsing!!! I've had experience with some resllers that they took few days to reply my e-mail or didn't reply at all. It's whole different story for PC torgue as they always take 1 business day to answer all my e-mails before I making my purchase from them. And I've bombarded them with my endless phone questions regarding custom duty and taxes but their attitude and reaction have all been pro and nice. The transaction went extremely smooth though there has been some incident about shipping but PC torgue staff took care of the problem in shortest time and therefore their helpful and professional service have striked me very hard not to recommend this notebook reseller to everyone.
