PC Torque was really excellent! They've got top-notch systems for a great price, and they're great to work with. I'll be giving them all the word-of-mouth advertisement I can.  
 
What really sold me was when I realized I made a mistake in choosing my base system. My order had already been assembled, and scheduled to ship that evening, but their sales department had the order canceled, and we worked out the configuration and pricing together. They're great with promptly calling back when they say they will!  
 
I have one additional technical note I would like to submit in writing to PCTorque. Nvidia releases Linux-compatible 2D/3D drivers for their video cards, but SiS (Silicon Integrated Systems Corp.) has not. This was the problem in my initial order. I hope that PCTorque passes this information along to Sager who can work toward convincing SiS that they are losing sales as a result.

Excellent service and support. I would let PC Torque sacrifice my children to a pagan god. The customer service was superior to Dell, or any other company. For example, the price of my laptop dropped while i was waiting for it to ship and the price was refunded to my credit card. Emails are answered in hours not days, and phone calls are frequent letting you know the status of your order. The only thing that could make them better is if my order shipped with a monkey butler. Maybe one day...A+++ Thanks!

I've ordered from PC Torque before, and have had nothing but stellar service from this crew! I've dealt with their support department, and they were very prompt with answering any questions I had. Sager makes wonderful laptops, and I wouldn't pick any other place to get my NP8660 from than PC Torque!

Excellent items, paired with excellent service. There was an offer for free shipping that I noticed after I ordered, so I called, and after 2 rings a REAL PERSON answered the phone!!! Shipping was quick and my laptop arrived well packed and in fine working order. My 5797 with duo core processor will run Crysis at max resolution and high settings with no problems at all.

Good service from PC Torque on my order of a Sager NP 5796. I had a question about the shipping charge, which they promptly responded to and resolved. The system arrived exactly one week from the day I placed the order, the fastest response I've had on any laptop I've ever ordered. Fantastic.

Absolutely amazing service! I bought my laptop on the 29th with an Echeck and as soon as it cleared it was shipped out. The day after I ordered it I received a conformation call from customer support, it was a real person, not a robot, on a SUNDAY roughly 14 hours after I ordered! Then on Tuesday when it shipped I received another call from the same person to inform me everything was going great. The laptop itself was amazingly cheap for what I got (would have easily been 700 bucks more anywhere else, believe me I checked). Even before I ordered I had talked to customer support about the laptop and they helped me with every question I had, they really knew about the thing which was really impressive, a lot of tech supports talk as if they've never even used a computer before! They made me feel super confident through the entire process and kept me informed the whole way. If I EVER need a laptop again, these are the guys I will DEFINITELY go back to. I can't recommend them enough.

Ordered a fairly high end gaming laptop from PCTorque on Nov 11th. A day or two later, they called and told me that the item was backordered but that it would ship by the end of the month. I was emailed by a member of their staff about a week later and told that it had come back into stock earlier than anticipated and they were expediting shipping.  
 
Arrived and it was just what I wanted. Incredibly well built, well performing and attractive. It's a bit louder than I would like doing simple things like web browsing, where a loud cooling fan kicks on and off repeatedly; an option to keep it running continuously at a lower rpm would be nice. All in all, I'm very satisfied and would recommend PCTorque to anyone looking for a gaming laptop.

Ordered the laptop for my brother in India. Had a few questions which Jason from PCTorque was happy to answer and was quite knowledgeable. He walked me through making the payment via PayPal. The laptop shipped late on the 10th, received it on the 14th. Everything is as ordered, no dead pixels, laptop works well. Enjoyed dealing with PCTorque.

I did quite a bit of investigating before deciding on a laptop. I decided on PC Torque because these guys actually answered my questions in a timely fashion. They were polite and courteous on the phone and earned my business based solely on this. I've received my laptop and am happy with it. I'd have to highly recommend them to anyone looking for a powerful gaming laptop.
