Fast service, great laptop, easy to customize on webpage, does not require you buy huge software packages. Only area they lack is being astablised as a known company, but time is the only cure.

I was on a tight deadline and had some trouble with UPS (who shipped my laptop) but PCTorque went out of their way to get it to me on time.  
 
Then when I got the laptop Sager had made a little mistake in my order and set me too little RAM, I e-mailed PCTorque and they had the extra RAM delieved to me the next day!  
 
PC Torque is an excellent company that I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a laptop. Their service is second to none.

This transaction was easy, fast. Adam at PcTorque answered all e-mails quickly and kept me informed during the whole process. My Sager notebook arrived on time and in good condition. His prices are better than other distributors of this product. Would recommend this business to anyone. It was a pleasure.

While looking for a laptop to replace my desktop system I stumbled upon sagerforums.com. From there I learned of PCTorque where I made my order. As soon as I ordered Adam sent me an email saying that my order has been made. I had my laptop a week later, and I just now got another email from him asking if I had recieved my order. Overall I would have to say that PCTorque has been the best experiance with shopping over the internet.

When I upgraded my personal machine close to a year ago and wanted to move from a department-store Intel system to an AMD with hand-selected components, I had no idea where to begin. Then I met Adam (in person, learned of his site later) and he was more than happy to give me tons of helpful advice, outlining pros and cons. He put an outstanding system together for me at a very competitive price and I have been thrilled with it.  
 
Then several months ago, my poor box began to suffer bluescreen disease until finally, even reformatting didn't help and I couldn't boot up anymore. I thought the hard disk might have flaked out, so I contacted PC Torque. No questions asked, Adam replaced both the hard disk AND the memory. I haven't had another problem since. In each of my transactions with them, PC Torque has epitomized professionalism, quality, and concern for the customer. They seem to want to go the extra mile because they love what they do, and it shows!

Color me highly impressed with the professionalism, quality of customer service, honesty and integrity of this company. All my questions or concerns were answered promptly either via email or telephone...and I had many...as I waited for the ATI 9000-M video card release, the P4 chips on a 533 MhZ front side bus, and a Toshiba 5400 RPM notebook hard drive. Mr. Adam Alter aka pctorque did the utmost to help me during the entire purchase process...and I received the first Sager 5660-S notebook computer in the U.S. that was shipped...thanks to his help. His wife Laura was also quite knowledgeable and helpful. The product was packaged very well, and received with no damage whatsoever. The instruction manual provided by

I received misleading information about this computer configuration from several other resellers or vendors, and heard about PCTORQUE.COM through several computer boards I frequent. They continue to help me with additional questions or concerns after point of purchase, and are very professional and have lots of product knowledge. I would recommend their company to ANYONE wanting a computer, server, etc, whether it be for home or business use. They will have my future business no questions asked. Adam even sent me an email that advised me that Sager had upgraded the configuration to 512 MB of memory, which had cost me as an upgrade...and the email was to inform me of a nearly 100 dollar rebate check I will receive sometime next week! Shipping problems occured with my laptop out of their control (dock workers strike delayed it). Adam worked me such a great deal I felt almost bad to accept it. Wonderful guy, great support and a willingness to go well out of his way to help me out when the problem wasn't his fault to begin with. I'd recommend to anyone.

I enjoyed doing business with pctorque.com. I bought a desktop system from them and it has run solid as a rock. Before purchasing the system I had a few questions. I contacted them via e-mail and quickly received a response. I would recomend them to anyone looking for excellent quality at an excellent price.

Was perfect. I talked to Adam when I thought the place should have been closed. I inquired about the mp3 player that came with the laptop and if he had an image of it. I located one and sent to me immediately. Every question I had was promptly answered. There was no pressue for me to buy at that moment and there was considerable help in making my descision.  
 
I've seen Adam post on a tech site (www.hardocp.com) and has given fair advice about his own and other's products. At no point were competitors slammed/flammed or in any other fashion made lesser. I was impressed with the respect that PCTorque/Adam had.
