All I have to say is that this company is great! I recieved all information from Adam in a prompt and timely manner. All my questions I emailed to him was answered right away. As for the product I have bought from PC Torque, SAGER NP 8886, it is money well spend and I am happy with it.

I ordered late monday night, and the machine shipped by tuesday, arrived by friday afternoon. I have had nothing but good experiences with PCTorque, as well as at Sagerforums.com, a forum designated to the laptops that PCTorque sells, which PCTorque pays to host. They make posts helping anyone solve problems with their Sager laptops, but allow all members to express opinions freely. That they allow any opinions to be expressed, and that the site is quickly accumulating members are testaments to PCTorque's credibility in providing good products. It is seldom you read of users who have hardware problems, and most of these praise the quick response they recieve.

I wouldn't hesitate to order from PCTorque again, they lost power the day I placed my order, so Adam called me and confirmed my order and managed to get it out on time. Great place with good prices.

On the fence? Use PCTORQUE. You know you want a Sager so order it right the first time. BEST SERVICE, BEST PRICES, BEST HARDWARE! A+++. Stop friggin' around. I got my 8886 on Thursday right on time and have spent all day yesterday checking it out. It is really awsome. After four Dells, this vendor/mfg. combo is the ONLY way to go!!  

I just recieved my 8886V and I'm very happy. Adam (PC Torque)was very helpfull and the sagerforumns are an excellent way to share information. I woke up this morning waiting on the UPS guy to show up and was browsing the forumns. I saw that the price had dropped on the 8886V by $50. I sent an email to Adam and within minutes he emailed me back saying a refund check is in the mail. I think the longest its taken Adam to reply to an email is 30 minutes. Try to get that kind of service any where else.  
I'd give PCTorque an 11 if it was possible. I've yet to experience this kind of service with any other company.
