I purchased Sony KF-50XBR800 New by Ebay (Sep. 26) and I received my TV yesterday(Nov. 4). But, I think I received opened box TV, because TV was not sealed completly, battery was arleady inserted in remote controler, and instruction book was not packed in plastic bag. And TV screen has some defects. So, I sent email and phoned to customer service. However officer who work at customer service said sometimes company sealed like that, and told me the telephone number of Sony service. I feel very upset. I never purchase any merchandise again.

I accidentally ordered four by mistake (I kept getting error messages and didn't think my order had gone through) but they were great about fixing my mistake and were very available and nice to deal with.
