My order took a little while to ship (they were out and I was not informed) but once it shipped, I received it in a couple of days. Also, I was given credit for the shipping charges because it took longer to ship. My e-mail was answered promptly and courteously. I would definitely buy from them again next time.

3 orders placed so far, excellent service, and a tootsie role pop in each box. What's not to like?  
 
My last order a week ago (May 2007), I had two cartridges selected, an OEM and a re-manufactured. In the comments space, I asked if they could substitute a re-manufactured cartridge if they had it in stock. They did and billed me the lower price. That's awesome service!  
 
They have great prices on the Canon brand Photo Ink that I use as well. Inksite always ships by the next day (I usually order in the evening) and it arrives as expected.  
 
And yes, every box I have received from them had a tootsie-roll pop in it!

This is my second order with Inksite.com and I find the prices of the Canon BK series cartridges excellent. I am also pleased that I can drive down to the warehouse and pick my order up. I would recommend Inksite.com to anyone needing a convenient way to shop for their printer needs.

Ordered a NEC Superscript 860 toner cartridge on 7/6/2006 and product was delivered as scheduled via UPS on 7/12/2006. Upon opening the package noted the cartridge was damaged (toner ink everywhere. Whew what a mess!). Anyway, I called the toll free number for Inksite and informed them of my problem. Michael took the call and immediately said he would look into my problem. The printer is old and they no longer make the cartridges I was told. So he called around to see if he could find me another. When he called back, he said the distributor said they had one more cartridge but that the box was slightly damaged but offered that they could wrap the toner cartridge in more bubble wrap in order to protect it.  
Well, I wasn’t comfortable with the notion, and suggested a refund. He said he understood and I promptly received an email stating the refund had been made.  
I will be purchasing a new printer to replace this one now.  
I really appreciated Michael’s professionalism in handling the problem encountered with my order. I will not hesitate to give him my business in the future.  
Although he was not able to fulfill my needs this time, he will definitely get my business on my next toner cartridge purchase. Customer service is first rate!

Great service - ordered 2 new printheads for my Xerox printer on a Sunday night and got them in the mail Wednesday. Price was good and shipping costs were VERY reasonable - less than $5 by priority mail. Parts were genuine Xerox and fit perfectly. Even got a Tootsie pop in the box.

Great! One of the easiest and fastest transactions I've ever done. I placed an order for a set of printheads on Wednesday at 2:30 PM PST, and it was delivered on Friday at noon. I opted for the cheapest delivery, which was USPS priority, and instead they sent it UPS ground and it came faster! Also, they accept PayPal and the payment process was very easy. I have confirmation from PayPal, and I didn't have to send my credit card numbers through the Internet yet another time. I received two e-mails from Inksite, and the entire process was easy to watch by logging into their site. They get my highest rating for this transaction. I wish all businesses would do as well!

Easy to find merchandise I need, seller is reliable, cooperative, ships fast, works to satisfy the purchaser, and is friendly and easy to work with.

I ordered two HP78 from them one was so low in ink that I had to refill it before it would print. They have good prices but at this point I am not sure about there QA department. They should have never sent out the product with almost no ink in it.
