I have been ordering my ink cartridges from inksite.com for the past two years. Their service is excellent and they make their ordering process as simple as any other web site I have visted. They have a number of different shipping selections and I have always received my orders on time. The company also has the best prices of any of the ink cartridge companies on the internet. Great company.

Sent generic no-name cartridges instead of Repeat-o-Type branded inkjet cartridges as advertised which is dishonest. The generic cartridges were 1/3 empty and of poor quality. After 4 days, Inksite had not responded to an email query about returning the items.

Service and shipping were excellent. Everything arrived on time at a fair price. Unfortunately, the quality of the remanufactured ink cartridges was much lower than I had expected. I have used this type of product before and been pleased with the results, but these, however, produced very disappointing prints. Even cleaning and priming did not improve the quality. I will likely shop at inksite again, but will avoid the remanufactured products.

Everything was fine, from the ordering to the receiving of the package I paid for.

Surprisingly fast both in acknowledging order and shipping it. Website easily navigable. I only wish they had a greater variety of supplies for my all-in-one. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

This is my 3rd or 4th order with inksite inc. I highly recommend them. Products, shipping and pricing has been very good, better than expected. My experience has been with Epson C-60 printer after market cartridges. They work good, print good and last a long time. Inksite inc. accepts PayPal payment and you get a free Tootsi-Roll pop with your shipment…what could be better than that?

Inksite has excellent customer service. One of the very few companies with outstanding service. They're prices are cheap and they don't charge enormous shipping fees. On the contrary, the box indicated a shipping cost of $4.55 and they only charged me $3.85.  

I purchased the replacement cartrides from Inksite. I received the order quickly along with some candy. I thought that was a nice touch. As for the product excellent. My photos print wonderful. excellent quality. better than others.The price are very low too.

What a fantastic place to order from. I can't believe I placed the order yesterday, received a confirmation of FEDEX delivery for the next day. I thought I was reading it wrong, but yes, the order arrived today, the 18th, and I paid for standard fedex delivery rates. Now that's fast service. The order was very well boxed and it was exactly what I ordered. They definitely have another business customer.

Great place to buy ink cartridges. Finally I find very low priced replacements for my Epson photo printer that work! Fast shipping and they aren't afraid to put their phone # right out in the open. This is rare among online sellers nowdays. I will buy from them again.

One of the easiest sites on the Internet to order from and the prices are very good. I ordered on the 19th a Sunday, Monday was a Holiday and I received my order on Tuesday the 21st. You can't beat that for service.

The best company to buy from on Internet. Exelent customer service, speedy delivery. First order had wrong street number, so I called and was told not to worry. They took care of it and I received my package as scheduled. Second order I received e-mail with a predelivery notification from FedEx, requested by shipper. Greate job!!!
