We had our computer upgraded with assistance from Tantus computers.  
Their work was excellent. When upgrade was completed, I was able to get online without one hitch. Whenever a question as to OS or PC icon configuration came up, Tantus Computer guy had the answer. Excellent communication and understanding whenever I had a question. The price was very reasonable for what services I got.

I am very pleased with my new system. When I couldn't get every option I wanted from their website I called and they let me order parts that were not on the site. There was one small problem with the system when I recieved it, but it was taken care of very rapidly. After purchase support is great. I can call and talk directly to a person, no answering service "press 1, press 3" jive. I would highly recommend Tantus Computers, and I will buy from them in the future.

Service was great. Computer arrived damaged due to shipper, which caused a two month plus ordeal dealing with them, but Tantus was always in communication about the situation working to make it right, and eventually they did despite horrible customer and claims service by the shipper. Tantus even gave me a free modest upgrade for my trouble. These guys are working for you! Oh, and by the way, the machine I got is FAST and cheap. I would definitely buy from Tantus the next time I need a computer, despite my unfortunate experience.

I have to say, this was THE best experence I ever had purchasing a top of the line computer. The communications were GREAT the people are GREAT and kept me informed EVERY step of the way. They went out of there way to help in every way they can and even installed the OS buy asking me for the key code from Windows XP Pro. That I was going to install myself.
