I was looking for a way to completely customize a PC system to my own specs, without dropping too much money. Tantus provided just what I was looking for. they provided valuable help in choosing the right components for my needs. after the sale, they were very helpful and knowledgeable when I ran into a problem, of my own fault. they have pretty good prices, and a solid, high quality selection. I would definitely reccomend Tantus to anyone who wants a great machine, especially one of higher caliber.

I am very pleased that I chose Tantus Computers to build my dream machine. They were extremely helpful when I was ordering and answering my questions. They have a wonderful website that is very informative and user friendly. My machine is absolutely beautiful. Very detailed and shows pride of workmanship. This company REALLY built my machine as if they were building their own. They kept me informed as it was being built. They responded quickly to my emails. My phone calls were answered during business hours by a real person. If you are serious about a high end machine then do yourself a favor and look into Tantus Computers. I have nothing negative to say about them. I felt that the shipping container was more than adequit. It was shipped from Pennsylvania to Arizona. Double boxed inside a whole lot of packing popcorn. I am now the proud owner of a very high end computor and in my opinion built by a very reputable and VERY honest company that other companies that are in this business could take a lot of pointers from. I will definitly be recommending Tantus Computers to all my friends and family.

Excellent pre-sale advice in configuring system. Computer was well packed and shipped when promised.

Very good pre-sales service in helping to configure a system. Good speed of delivery (took a couple of days longer than I'd expected to build the system). Credit card sales are only through PayPal, which is a major inconvenience; these guys would be my exclusive source for machines (especially small form factor Shuttle PCs) if they accepted credit cards directly.

Buying the case and associated parts I needed was a breeze. Very refreshing to actually have someone answer the phone when I called for support. I called several times and always had a person on the line within 2 or 3 rings. The case Mod I got from Tantus is jus plain awsome. Could not have asked for a better buying experience.

After doing a "google" search & comparing Tantus Computers to all others (i.e. alienware, voodoopc, etc.)in terms of products and prices I felt it was the best deal. After placing my order I was in constant contact w/ Tantus. I found them very knowledgeable & helpful. Recived the computer in the time frame promised and everything worked as advertised. Couldn't be happier!!!

I purchased a computer from Tantus for the use of a high-end PC I could use at home for editing movies, graphics work, other business functions, and some intense gaming on the side. Great system! I went to all the "big" computer builders, but none could offer the type of computer Tantus did. Dell offered a twin hard drive set up, but only in 80 GB sizes, and it was much more expensive than Tantus' twin 120 GB PC. I recommend Tantus to everyone who wants a powerful PC built the way they need it.

I wanted a powerful PC for broadcast video editing and got more than I'd hoped for. But I was equally blown away by the way Tantus does business: they just love to build awesome computers and to make their customers truly happy, values I'd thought long extinct in the dog-eat-dog computer biz. They've earned my trust and deepest respect.  
 
The ordering process was a smart dialogue that optimized the choice of components and made me feel like a collaborator rather than a buyer. Four stars and kudos to Tantus. This is the way to go.  

Great, very straightfoward website... product exactly as described, great quality with a price much better than the competitors. i am very pleased with my purchase and am especially happy with the customer service that is available... much better than my Dell Computer experience by far!

Tantus provided me with a quality machine at what I considered a competitive price. Their e-mail customer service was top notch.  
 
My only complaint is their shipping. It took way to long for them to get my machine into my hands while my money was in their account. In addition, the packaging was from "Mail Boxes Etc." and not fitting a $3000 machine. It did make it in one piece, and nothing was damaged.
